Eccellente ubicazione, in pieno centro di Palermo. Personale gentilissimo, in particolar modo Giuseppe che, nella postazione bar, ha reso migliori le nostre mattine con la sua gentilezza e professionalità, servendoci sempre una deliziosa colazione. Ottimo anche il personale alla reception, sempre pronti ad aiutarci, e veramente cordiali le ragazze delle pulizie che hanno garantito un'igiene impeccabile e idonea per gli standard richiesti dall'emergenza Covid. Unico consiglio per chi, come me, ha il sonno leggero, richiedete una stanza sul retro se disponibile: si dorme da re.

The hotel is dated and in need of renovation. On the other hand prices are convenient, rooms are large and confortable, and the location is very good. The staff is excellent and very professional: a special thanks to the receptionists and to the cleaning lady (Rosa) for being so kind and effective.

Doskonale położony hotel. Wyposażenie nieco zużyte, ale pokoje i łazienki obszerne. Czysto. Śniadania jak to we Włoszech z przewagą słodkości i bez ciepłych dań, ale szynka i żółty ser są. Na krótki pobyt optymalny.

everything is very old, in a dilapidated condition, the beds are not comfortable to sleep in, the furniture is bad, the shower head leaks in the bathroom, the carpet is very dirty, the night lamps are dirty!! We got a room that looks at the neighboring building, (we watch people eating ) there is no view as if we are in a bunker Very expensive sleep for such a bad accommodation!

The location of the hotel was very convenient. The shuttle bus coming from the airport stops at liberta croci not far from the hotel . The room was quiet big with lots of storage space, with a fridge and safe.
The bathroom was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good with fresh fruit every day , The hotel is kept clean, I definitely would stay here again.
This is a 3 star hotel as stated on the website .

Although dated,the facilities were functional and the room was clean
Space between the shower and toilet was minimal so someone with mobility problems would need to take extra care.
Sadly ,the soundproofing between the room and next door was extremely poor with intrusive noise for some of the late evening
Breakfast included a reasonable variety of plentiful food though nothing hot (but it was Continental !)
Away from the historical centre but not by much and easily accessed by bus
You buy a 2 3 4 or 5 day ticket from tobacconists or dedicated kiosks
The multi use ticket is fully inserted into a machine behind the driver and is popped back out for you to retrieve
The route the bus takes is displayed at each bus shelter

This is a budget option, so don't expect fancy decor or 5 star facilities. However, it is very well situated for a simple walk into the heart of Palermo and opposite the stop (Croci) for the airport bus, it is clean and has very friendly staff, who sorted out the things that weren't working in our room when we arrived. The room was huge with a well-stocked bathroom; there is plenty of breakfast and a supermarket a few yards away. And Palermo is a great city, so we were pleased with our choice.

The room stank of cigarettes, it was stuffy and the aircon was extremely outdated. The staff were not friendly and the photos did not match the reality. I couldn’t even stay the night, I left straight away. The shower floor was filthy! And this is not an exaggeration. I should have asked for a refund.
I would not recommend staying here.

Quite an old hotel, decent size room and good shower but a bit tired. Cleaned everyday with fresh towels which was a bonus. Breakfast decent but nothing hot . All in all great for the price. It really stands out because of the staff, everybody really helpful and friendly.

The shower stall is just right for a 7 year old. I am 64 & 6’2” tall, it is miserably difficult to shower in such a tiny space. Also, the sink butts up against the shower. These defects are ridiculous and akin to a third world facility.
On the bright side, the room is quiet, staff is helpful, room service is great, and breakfast is good. My large window allows ample breezes to enter.
