2 choices for dinner, is not acceptable.

The only complaint is that the room was stifling. We addressed this issue multiple times but without redress. We had to open the windows to get some relief but then it got way too cold. Otherwise, all was well, we were extremely close to the airport though far from the city which was fine. Staff was friendly and helpful for the most part and the breakfast was adequate and tasty.

It was a one day stop after a late flight… the very negative is that there was no shuttle to the Hotel! Nobody answered the phone or even replied the message… until next day morning! Hotels.com help was also unavailable or inexistente. Shame. I did selected the Hotel due the Shuttle! Had to walk 25 minutes with a trolley and then jump on a Bus doing the several Airport Parkings!

Location is not ideal in an odd, seemingly deserted area. The restaurant does not open for dinner until 7 PM. Walkability the 6 blocks or so from the free airport bus stop is sketchy and when I checked on an Uber back to the airport where I would find transportation and food, it was €36 ...but there is a free hotel shuttle every 30 minutes. Also a maintenance worker unlocked my door and walked in while I was there, acting surprised to find me there. While my experience was not ideal, the bed was comfortable.

Great hotel and shuttle service in the middle of the night! Only thing is the hotel room was so hot and couldn't adjust the heat so had to open windows in December to cool off room.

The few members of staff I interacted with were very kind. As an American, I wasnt always treated with kindness in Italy, so this was refreshing. My room was great too!

Outdated, needs to be refurbished. Bar and bartender were disappointing. Very noisy bed and the room was hot.

My room was not cleaned by housekeeping on 1 day and my bathroom lock was not working and it was not repaired till i left.. plus my door key sensor was not working most of the time .. when u complained to them they said take the refund from ull for all that.. it was not a pleasant checkout and from the hotel.. extremely disappointed by ull as I called ull and complained and mentioned all the above points and ull send me a mail back stating hotel has cleaned my room everyday repaired my bathroom lock too.. ull choose to believe the hotel and not ur customer who has booked multiple hotels with ull I shall not book with you till you compensate .. kindly contact me and I am going to write on social media bout my experience too

I had a room with 2 twin beds since I was traveling with a friend. The beds were so close that they were touching. That was a bit uncomfortable for me.

We love our staying . People at the desk are very helpful and shuttle are very convenient

Good choice for catching an early morning flight. Close to airport, with a shuttle in the morning.
