Close to the airport, exterior a little tired, interior very good. All the staff were friendly and professional, willing to go the extra mile, so 10/10 for them.

Expected better when I booked. Was given a roll that was like a hospital room with shower chairs and rails. Not sure why?!?

Excellent quality hotel that is approximately 10 minutes by shuttle from Milan Malpensa Airport. Modern furnishings in a quiet and comfortable room. You can reserve a spot on the airport shuttle in advance (leaves the hotel every 30 minutes). Unexpectedly high quality restaurant for dinner and breakfast buffet. Honestly a great choice to stay near the airport before flying out the next day. Highly recommend overall.

The staff was very nice. We arrived late (around 10) and were the last ones seated for dinner. The staff told us to take our time and were very hospitable. We had 2 ground floor rooms. One was perfectly fine. The other has a bad musty odor. Additionally, when we checked in we were told that the rooms had been paid in full. At checkout, we were told that only one room was paid for. The staff worked hard to try and figure it out and hopefully they did, as I paid for the second room. When I get home I will check my credit card statement to make sure. I suspect the issue with the one room was limited to that room and would have given four stars were it not for the bad odor (we were tired and did not want to deal with a room change late at night). Breakfast was fine and inexpensive. Shuttle to airport was convenient but you should reserve seats upon arrival.

Had a nice rest

I stay here often for work. The hotel is great, convenient and the staff are always really good, helpful and personable. My only issue is the room had an intercommunicating door to the next room which isn't soundproof. I really don't enjoy having to listen to other customers speakerphone conversations at Midnight when I have to get up early the next day.

Good place for an overnight layover

Friendly staff, fast check-in, frer shuttle frm/to airport, good restaurant, excellent breakfast. Just off airport but nothing nearby.

We didn't like the bed, there old an squick

we wanted to stay at the hotel near Allan Milan airport so that we didn't have to hassle with a lot of luggage on the pen express train from town. However, while the hotel is nice, and the staff generally were friendly, once you're at the hotel there's no going anywhere without wheels. Taxis and Ubers to go a couple of miles cost $30 a ride each way. For fun, we literally took the airport shuttle to the airport a couple of times just to get out of the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel for more than a day before your flight because it's impossible to get around without wheels unless you have a rental car. The rooms were adequate, although small. The really bizarre thing was that the bathtub is extremely dangerous. In addition to having a very small glass break for the water which results in the water spilling all over the floor it's tall and extremely slippery. Whoever put that bathtub in the hotel needs a knock over the head. The restaurant downstairs was the only place to eat, and it was generally very good, and the staff themselves were very friendly with limited English speaking, but we got the job done. However, there is a younger bearded shuttle driver, who was extremely rude and smelled like a chimney from smoking earlier in the trip. Later, we had an older, friendly gentleman, and in the morning we had a large bus pick us up. Don't expect the large bus driver to help you with loading the luggage in the back. And therefore "no tip for you!"

The hotel itself is very nice. The location was great for the airport and the free shuttle worked very well. (We did not realize the airport was so far from the city, but for us flying out the next day, it was good.)

We stayed at this property for an early flight out the next morning. when we arrived at the airport and waited for the shuttle, we missed the first one because the side of the van does not have the hotel name on it. There was a sign on the front dashboard but in the dark, we did not see it. There were several groups at the time that also missed it. The pickup point is easy to find and the shuttle is free but it would be helpful to know ahead of time where to look for the hotel name. Check-in was easy and the room was clean. We had no trouble scheduling the shuttle back to the airport in the morning.
