Great hotel! We spent one night, and the free shuttle from and to the airport was a plus! Thank you!

The staff are very accommodating, the room is clean and the major factor is very convenient for us to go to the airport as there is a hotel shuttle bus who will take us there and will also pick us up.

U get what u pay for.

I stayed in the hotel for two nights in total. The first night was booked by a tour group, and the second night was booked by myself. I repeatedly communicated with the front desk, hoping not to change the room, because I had to go to the city at 5am the next day and could not come back until 3pm. If there was a price difference, I could make up for it. The front desk attendant FEDERICA firmly rejected my request, saying that the room was fully booked. So I had to get up at 4am, pack my luggage and move out of the room, and reapply for check-in after returning to the hotel in the afternoon. This behavior of not considering the needs of customers is really incredible! So I don't recommend this hotel

The hotel and staff are nice but there is absolutely nothing of interest in the surrounding area. If you don’t need to be right next to the airport do not stay here. No amenities in room, one can of water. No vending machines or drinks available. No shops nearby. Staff and room are ok but not a place I would stay at again.

Nice hotel, and good shuttle service to and from airport.

All was good at hotel. Clean. Check in was easy. Restaurant was nice. Bed was bad … hard and mattress needed to be replaced.

Had a quick one-night stay here before we headed to lake como in the morning. There is a convenient shuttle service that runs from the airport to the hotel 24 hours, which was great as our flight arrived very late. We were also able to get this complimentary shuttle back to catch a train, making our travel plans go very smoothly. Clean room and hotel, would recommend!

Staff were excellent.

Easy check in. Lovely front of house staff. Room was a good size for what we needed. Bed was a bit hard and pillows too soft. There was noise during the night. Bathroom was ok. Jug was hard to work. Was great there was an iron and ironing board in the room. Dinner and the included breakfast was really lovely. The that served us at the bar was great! Easy checkout and shuttle to the airport was appreciated.

Wanted a simple transfer to the airport. The Crown Plaza exceeded expectations. Shuttle was as advertised. Excellent quiet room. Great breakfast. They helped us with a smooth exit from our European vacation.

The airport shuttle is very useful. We found out the next day that the staff at check in did not book our shuttle. However, Gianluca was very helpful as he managed to arrange the shuttle for us at check out. The hotel is in a quiet area so it’s good for a nice rest.

The hotel is nice and clean. Room was very well maintained. Outgoing shuttle was excellent. Incoming shuttle was horrible. Waited for more than one hour at the airport surrounded by cars exhaust. At some point the reception even stopped answering the phone.

Dining room was good and staff there were excellent. Our room was not ready, and 3 hours later it had been given to another guest!! Front desk was very disorganized. They claimed they have gave it away because they didnt have our passports despite they had already processed us with passports and given us a key to that room. My daughter entered the room to find the new resident in the bathroom!!! Very poor coordination at front desk.

Good hotel, good breakfast and good shuttle service👍

Check in was quick. We had to figure out how to turn in the lights, but we googled it. The shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient. Glad we stayed there.

Close to the airport, exterior a little tired, interior very good. All the staff were friendly and professional, willing to go the extra mile, so 10/10 for them.

Expected better when I booked. Was given a roll that was like a hospital room with shower chairs and rails. Not sure why?!?
