Fantastic location, minutes from the Pisa Tower and duomo. Large room, but older. The breakfast buffet was very good. Would recommend staying here.

Was only a quick nights stay before we flew home but it was the perfect location. Can see the tower of pisa from the roof top as your about 100 yards walk away and there are lovely restaurants right outside the hotel too so everywhere is walking distance. The roof top terrace would be lovely in the summer too with the bar open unfortunately not the right time for us but we still enjoyed the view from the top floor. Staff where very friendly and helpful too.

The hotel is very central which is fantastic.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was very nice albeit limited in choice. But fresh and tasty.
The hotel is old and could do with updating.
However, the price was good, location was perfect, it was lovely and clean and the bed was comfy.
I would recommend and would happily stay again.

The hotel is in a very central location with views of the leaning tower - it’s great to be able to walk around the key areas straight from the hotel. However - I’m not sure 4* is a fair reflection. The rooms and public areas are badly in need of an upgrades. Another point to consider is that driving into the hotel is a nightmare - avoid! We had a place in the car garage at the hotel which they helped us to find (very kindly)- but was very tight and the roads are to be avoided. We also had to leave our hire car key with reception in case they needed to move the car - which we were not happy about.

A great place to access the best tourist spots in Pisa as it is so close.
Can be somewhat noisy in the evenings and nights because the windows do not shut out the noise on the busy tourist street below.
The quality of the wifi is disappointingly poor.

Around the corner the leaning tower of Pisa. We booked the hotel for the great view from the terrace, not knowing that the terrace is closed until mid-April. The weather was great though, so the hotel could have put seats there for guests to sit on, even if they were not serving food or drinks. Otherwise the rooms are dated, beds hard and the bathroom smelt of urine. Lot of noise from the street, especially what sounded like recycling/rubbish vans in the early morning. Breakfast was good with a variety of cold options with boiled egg, bacon, sausages & scrambled eggs as hot options. Dinner choices nearby are very touristy.

This was our 2nd visit to this hotel. We like the convenience and location of this hotel and also the great breakfast options. Staff (especially in the restaurant) are super friendly and efficient. Reception were good and happily booked us a taxi. We had 2 rooms and the only real negative was that one of the rooms (220) smelt really bad of drains and the fan in the bathroom was really squeaky. The rooms were close so we didn’t want to move rooms.

Hotel is superbly situated for the tower.
Hotel is exceptionally clean with a comfortable bed.
Staff helpful.
Breakfast very nice.
Only downside was that the room was tired with ill fitting internal and cupboard doors.
Also tea making facilities would be appreciated.
Would recommend the hotel.

We were really looking forward to staying at this hotel & the only word I can use is, disappointing. Apart from the gentleman on reception when wewere leaving(sorry didn't get the name), the service was below what we expect from a hotel whatever the rating. Made to feel like second class guests. Even though no coffee making facilities in the room, we almost had to 'beg' for a coffee after a long journey. The barman seemed very reluctant to serve us, when the bar opened, because he was busy with a group. The rooftop bar & restaurant were closed (no warning on the site) and to top it off, when we were sitting there enjoying a last hour in Pisa, we were unceremoniously 'moved on' by an officious member of staff, because he had a video crew who took priority over guests! So, although the rooms were lovely, the breakfasts excellent, the position perfect for visiting the main tourist sites, I'm afraid the attitude of the staff (again not all) let the hotel down.

Great location for viewing the tower with ample choices of restaurants and shops nearby.
Room is very dated but bed was extremely comfortably. Good amenities in the bathroom.
Great choices for breakfast to suit all palates.
I had a single room which was one of the smallest that I've ever stayed in but met my requirements of somewhere comfortable to sleep.
Hotel is located less than 3 km from the airport and is an easy walk if travelling light.
I would recommend this hotel for a brief stay.

We waited approximately 45 minutes to get a drink at the bar for a nightcap, there was one bar man who was tending a function in the big room which was obviously the priority over hotel guests. The bar man basically ignored us and the 2 reception staff were unhelpful. We eventually left the hotel and went back out for a nightcap!

Great location, right on the edge of the main grounds for the tower, clean hotel, a little dated, but still a pleasant stay, lots of dining options nearby. Priced well and very convenient spot.

Very close to the Piazza del Duomo and the tower, probably a 3 minute walk. The staff at the check in counter were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a good size, the bed was very comfortable. I don’t think this hotel has been updated since the 70s, which isn’t a problem, but certain fixtures weren’t in the best condition. The hair dryer was unusable, the fridge wasn’t cold, and the toilet occasionally didn’t flush. Also note that the shower is very small - which seems standard throughout Italy - but it may not be accessible to all guests.
