It’s good just needed a place close to airport for one night

If you’re wanting to see Rome this hotel is too far out but if you have an early morning flight this hotel is perfect. They offer a 24/7 shuttle to and from the airport that stops every 15 minutes. The rooms are very nice, modern and clean. Beds and pillows are great. The staff were friendly and professional. The cost for a taxi to city center is 55€. Great place for our last night in Italy!

Staff was nice and efficient. Property is meh. Shower leaked all over the place, bed was lopsided and springy, pillows were awful. Convenient 15 minute shuttle to the airport but that's about it. Wouldn't stay there again.

Our Bed Bug Nightmare **Overview** This report shares our family’s recent hotel stay, where initial hospitality was overshadowed by a bed bug incident. As parents of two toddlers, we trusted the hotel for safety, but now face health concerns and stress. Here’s our story, the hotel’s response, and the toll on our family. **Our Experience** Our hotel stay began well. The staff allowed an early check-in, a blessing with our toddlers, and were attentive, creating a welcoming vibe. But hours later, in broad daylight, we saw a bed bug crawling on a pillow. It was horrifying, especially with our kids nearby, shattering our trust in the hotel’s cleanliness. **Hotel Response** We reported the bed bug immediately. The staff acted fast, apologized, and moved us to a new room. They said bed bugs aren’t uncommon but claimed no recent infestations. Their quick response was appreciated, but we’re left questioning their pest control and whether an infestation was missed. **Health and Hardship** My wife got three itchy bites, typical of bed bugs, which can cause swelling or infections. The mental toll— anxiety and sleeplessness—hits hard, especially with toddlers. Fearing a home infestation, we’re tossing belongings and may hire an exterminator, a costly ordeal. Keeping our kids safe while hiding our stress is exhausting; they feel our tension. The bites link this to the hotel, we are considering seeking compensation for an exterminator to examine our home.

Reall

It was a great stay. Easy to get the shuttle to the hotel and back to the airport. Room is great (bring an European travel adapter) and great food at the restaurant. I would go back if I needed to be near the airport.

It’s just another Hilton Garden Inn, showing a little age. Comfortable bed and nice shower. Close to Rome airport with 24 hour shuttle, very convenient.

The hotel reception went very well. There was confusion on its location. We went to Hilton Hotel in error and had to pay a $25 taxi fee to get us to the right Hilton a short distance away.

Overall, clean and good. Front desk very helpful. Down side: No ice machines functioning on 5 of 6 floors. One waiter at breakfast quite rude when asked to help with juicing oranges. Dining room was not full, but he didn’t want to bother.

We had a king bed and a single bed in our room for 3 people. The sofa bed was made more comfortable with the addition of an extra duvet on the bottom. The shuttle from Rome airport was very convenient and comfortable and easy to catch. The buffet bfast was plentiful and reasonable as Honors members received a discount.

Good location, do have to take a free shuttle to and from airport. Dinner was okay, breakfast better than expected. We did see a carpet beetle on the curtain so hopefully no hitchhikers home.

Having a shuttle to and from the airport and the close proximity of the hotel to the airport was great. The staff were efficient and friendly. The room was clean and neat.

Great property. Clean, great staff. Close to the airport. Take the bus instead of taxi. 35 euro for a 5 mins ride. Bus runs every 15 mins.
