The hotel was perfect for catching our flight home the next day. The friendly staff, room, and dining area were just what was needed for a quick overnight stay. The complimentary "Green Bus" to and from the airport was very convenient running every 15 minutes.

I am going to ask for a partial refund for my stay. Starting when we arrived, and then off and on for our entire stay (thankfully just one night) we heard a very high pitched noise. I thought it was just our room, but a family member down the hall heard it as well. Additionally, beginning at about 6 am a loud whirring, sort of like a broken fan, started and was still going when we checked out. It was awful. If it had started earlier we would have requested to move. Overall, given that we paid $600+ for the room, which is CRAZY, we will definitely demand a refund.

I had limited internet, so only checked messages intermittently. Property never responded to message about their “airporter shuttle”. It was actually a green city bus that the last stop was the property and it wasn’t marked “Hilton Garden Inn”, but lots of others listed on the outside. There are 2 Hilton properties, one you can walk to from airport; this isn’t it. Sink and shower drained very slowly.

The only issue we had was with the defective key cards. It was not only us, but others in our group as well as other guests. With 2 guests in our room, it was important to ask for 2 key cards as it became an issue with accessing the room because of the security door in the lobby that necessitate a key card. If one in the party stayed in the room, they had to retain the key to keep the lights on, while other person could not access room as a result of key card necessity for security door in lobby. I know we could have asked for a second key card, but I think it would be favorable to provide 2 key cards at a minimum when there are 2 guests occupying the same room.

I was charged $424.06 Canadian on my Visa card even though I paid 120 euros in cash against the room rental original charge of $294.35 Canadian. We were placed in a room to accommodate 3 people even though I had changed my reservation in March to reflect that only two people would require the reservation. I have all the documents to substantiate that my records are accurate. Also we paid for our meal in the restaurant area separately so there is no reason for any additional charges to the room.

Perfect hotel if you are there just for the convenience of catching a flight and not to take in the sights of Rome -as it is somewhat removed from city centre. Quiet, clean rooms, onsite dining room (food was 'ok', service was slow for dinner as the only dining area was very busy). Very convenient free regular shuttle to/from the Rome Airport.

The hotel is conveniently located, just 15 min from FCO Rome airport. There is a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The facilities were clean, however the shower în our room was leaking, we had to change rooms în the middle of the night. Otherwise, if you have a connecting flight through Rome it’s ok to stay one night.
