Great location. Near Rome airport. Free shuttle to-from hotel is so handy. No reservations required and runs every 15 minutes. Excellent quality and selection of buffet breakfast and made-to-order coffee. Something for everyone. From continental to American breakfast. A good choice to be close to airport for morning flights out of Rome. No need to fight traffic from city centre. Highly recommend this hotel for next-day flights out of Rome airport.

After 30 hours of travel anything is good but the Hôtel upstairs is a bit stark and hostel like but the staff are great, helpful, with time to spend with you and efficient

Only real problem was the shuttle.
No communication re trip
Likehaving to put yr heavy bags & yrsel $ yr wife on board squeezing a spot!!
But no advance notice that u will b dropped of on the arrivals level.
Also no speaking & letting us know that we had to get off period,
Ruined r mood I can never see Baron put up with this kind of amateur and disrespectful service
I know it was free, so I can’t really bark, but this isn’t the Hilton style that I know

This is not the Hilton at the airport entrance area you see when entering the airport which is what we thought we were booking. We walked all the way there for the staff to tell us this was the wrong Hilton at the Airport. We had to walk back into airport , across the airport to take a shuttle that was a little far away. No communication from airport after I emailed them a week prior to confirm.

I am going to ask for a partial refund for my stay. Starting when we arrived, and then off and on for our entire stay (thankfully just one night) we heard a very high pitched noise. I thought it was just our room, but a family member down the hall heard it as well. Additionally, beginning at about 6 am a loud whirring, sort of like a broken fan, started and was still going when we checked out. It was awful. If it had started earlier we would have requested to move. Overall, given that we paid $600+ for the room, which is CRAZY, we will definitely demand a refund.

I had limited internet, so only checked messages intermittently. Property never responded to message about their “airporter shuttle”. It was actually a green city bus that the last stop was the property and it wasn’t marked “Hilton Garden Inn”, but lots of others listed on the outside. There are 2 Hilton properties, one you can walk to from airport; this isn’t it. Sink and shower drained very slowly.
On the positive, the check-in clerk was fantastic. Pleasant, quick and not put off by my frustration about the shuttle. She also arranged 2 take-away breakfasts since we left too early for

The only issue we had was with the defective key cards. It was not only us, but others in our group as well as other guests. With 2 guests in our room, it was important to ask for 2 key cards as it became an issue with accessing the room because of the security door in the lobby that necessitate a key card. If one in the party stayed in the room, they had to retain the key to keep the lights on, while other person could not access room as a result of key card necessity for security door in lobby. I know we could have asked for a second key card, but I think it would be favorable to provide 2 key cards at a minimum when there are 2 guests occupying the same room.
