Hilton Garden Inn Rome Airport

I stayed here to be close to the Rome airport with the 24/7 shuttle which worked like a charm. I was able to store my bags earlier than my room check in and there was a scale to weigh the bags too. I ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and the service was superb and food delicious. I am pleased with my stay.

We booked 2 family rooms for the night before our trip back to the US. We had 4 small kids with us, so the family rooms were perfect! There is only 1 family room per floor, so that was the only downfall with kids that love to go back and forth between rooms. The beds were incredibly comfortable and spacious, plus the main bedroom had a door to it, which is helpful with little kids. The 2 bathrooms, one with a bath tub, were great as well. The breakfast buffet had so many options! The complimentary airport shuttles conveniently ran every 15 minutes, however we had a massive amount of luggage with us and the bus dropped us off at arrivals instead of departures, so that was a major setback for our departure. Next time we wil confirm the dropoff location. The hotel staff also recommended such a fun restaurant in Fiumicino (La Fraschetta) that we can't wait to go back to the next time we fly through Rome. I highly recommend this property!

Just as expected, clean room and linens. Comfortable bed. Kind reception. Delicious, varied and abondant breakfast.
