Easy to reach San Marco from hotel even though it is on Giudecca. A good option for those wanting a quiet hotel convenient to the sights of Venice.

Beautiful hotel, a really fun time, fabulous breakfast and excellent service especially in the Rialto Bar Restaurant. Bedroom way too hot and aircon was warm not cool. Noisy through the night with windows open.

I get why its a 5 star hotel. The staff are amazing except for 1 front desk person that wasn’t so helpful and wanted to dismiss us right away. Other than that everything was amazing.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, but getting around for sightseeing was quite challenging. The water taxi fare from the train station to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport was 220 euros. Although the hotel offers a shuttle service, it only goes to San Marco Square, so reaching other tourist attractions requires taking a public water taxi, which consumes a lot of time.

Amazing structure, food and staff. The water taxi should be made included in the hotel stay rather than paid apart.

Navigating the hotel was a minor challenge. Which elevators service what part of the hotel... The hotel provides a low cost water taxi service to and from San Marco square which is dedicated to the hotel. The Skyline bar has great views, but we suggest venturing out and to the local cafe's. The room was nice, large with 2 doors that opened onto the courtyard. The thermostat wanted to keep the room much warmer that we liked, even turned down, it did not matter, so we opened the doors to let in the cool night air. Opening the doors does shut off the heat/AC... We traveled off season, so it was a bit damp and the air was cool. They do suggest during the warmer months to not open the doors as it will let bugs in. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Wonderful hotel and a luxurious ambience . Spent New Year’s Eve at the hotel and watched the spectacular fireworks across the lagoon . Good service to the main city via their private shuttle . Would love to visit again .

The staff at Stucky Molina Hilton is absolutely horrible. They are of no use and if you ask them for anything they roll their eyes and try to pass it on to someone else. Room cleaning is very bad. Overall we didn’t have a great experience.

Beautiful atmosphere, excellent customer service and having a water taxi right outside the hotel was the most convenient experience.
