Very nice hotel, with a convenient location and great breakfast. We were able to use the free Malpensa airport bus that goes between terminal 1 and 2 in order to get to the hotel. We got off at the Case Nuove bus stop which was only a short walk to the hotel.

There was a mix up with van pickup at airport and the front desk staff comped the ride. That was good customer service. We will be back.

New hotel that just opened. Convenient location with the water taxi station in walking distance. Staff was personable. Would recommend.

AC did not work, we called and went down to desk multiple times and each time they said they reset the system and wait 20 minutes. Nothing! 4 times the runaround. 1030 pm went doxn insisted on seeing a manager who tried giving us the same BS but insisted on a new room and finally got it.

We have stayed here many times and it's usually good. This time the air was not working in our room and it after 3 calls and 2 visits to the desk we had to demand a new room. Unfortunately the new room wasn't much better. The hotel is definitely showing the wear and tear. The check in staff was very nice as was the breakfast. We will think twice about staying again as it's the second time we've had trouble with the temperature in the room.

The hotel is inexpensive, but difficult to get to by the free airport shuttle. Location is more remote than expected. Overall, this is a basic no frills airport hotel. Breakfast is included and is also basic. Staff members are polite, but reserved.
