Great location, walking distance from St Peter’s, car free street with numerous cafe/restaurant dining options only steps away and a lively atmosphere, cozy bar in the lobby, very nice buffet breakfast. And an attentive, friendly staff … especially Giula at the front desk. Old building but thoroughly modernized though our room was very very tiny especially for a 4 star hotel

Great boutique hotel in the heart of Vatican City. It takes literally less than 5 minutes to be at the steps of St. Peter Basilica. Great breakfast included. Hotel staff was very attentive. We will be back again!

The hotel is in a great location for visiting the Vatican. There is plenty of walkable dining nearby, the street is quite festive! Breakfast was very good. The staff are very attentive and welcoming. The hotel is very clean. The only issue we had was the bed was a bit too firm.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The location is excellent—very close to the Vatican and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. The service was generally very good, and the room was well-equipped with everything we needed, including slippers, multiple towels, beauty sets, and toothbrushes. Housekeeping was done daily, which we appreciated. Most of the staff were helpful and welcoming, though unfortunately, our experience upon arrival was not ideal. There was an African man at reception who did not assist us at all, despite the fact that we had a baby, a stroller, and several bags. He did not came with us to show the room especially when we have been there for the first time. That was disappointing. The room itself was not huge, but it was a good size for the three of us. The main issue was the bed—the mattress made squeaky noises and seemed quite old, which led to some back pain. The pillows were also too big and firm for our liking, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The have to invest a little bit more on this side taking into account that the accommodation has 4 stars.

Block and a half from the Vatican and walking distance to most ancient attractions. Staff is top notch, helpful and professional in every way. Front desk lent an electrical adapter that I had forgotten Breakfast is great, great restaurants outside the front door Front desk can book a ride to the airport Bathrooms updated and clean I recommend this hotel and will stay again
