This hotel is close to the airport. The staff are fantastic, always ready with an easy smile. The restaurant is high quality and was fully booked, both for lunch and dinner. Imagine a restaurant in Rome being fully booked. This, within a culture that knows good food. All in all we find it easy to recommend.

空港に近く立地はいいものの、空港へのシャトルが毎回7ドルかかり高く、周辺にはほぼ何もないので、ローマに行く予定のある方はローマ近郊で泊まることをおすすめします。空港近辺のホテルの中では破格の安さですが、シャトル代を加味すると別の方が無料送迎がついてくるホテルの方が良いかもしれません。
スタッフのサービスはよく清潔感もあり、朝食も美味しかったので、その点はよかったです。

Booked this property for airport shuttle only to find out not operating due to holiday. We were stranded at airport and had to wait in taxi line for over 1/2 hour and pay 35 euros to hotel. Was told by hotel expedia notified me which they DIDN'T. Went through old emails to verify. Hotel is in hospitality busuness and I should have been notified when I booked last September!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Close to the airport far from everything else uber was $90 from the city to the hotel I did not know it was that far. Room were very small so is the bathroom. Weird painting. Room was not sound proof I couldn’t sleep because the person next door was talking the whole night. Very bad experience next time I will book closer to the city.

The hotel is lovely but there is no kettle in the room, the room service is non existent as I asked for a bottle opener and had to go to the bar to retrieve it myself and I think having to pay for the shuttle is a bit much, it should be free

Hotel Isola Sacra was very professional right from the beginning. Information about where and how to find the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel was clearly explained through a video as well as in writing. However, it would have been clearer to include that the shuttle was located outside the door 3/4 on the bottom level. Being a stranger to Rome, I was dropped off by the cruise transfer at Terminal 3 but on the second level. I was not able to locate the shuttle when I went out door 3/4 and had to go inside the terminal and ask at the information desk.

4. The hotel looked very festive with all the lights and Christmas decor.
5. Checking in at the desk was quick and efficient. I had arrived before the check in time but since a clean room was available, they allowed me to go to the room which I appreciated.
6. The room was very clean and comfortable.
7. I had made a dinner reservation on the advice to do so because it might be busy. To my surprise, there was only one other customer when I arrived. They sat me immediately at the entrance to the restaurant. When I requested to sit further away from the entrance, the man refused because this was the place for solo guests. Another solo customer arrived and the lady hostess brought her in and asked where she wanted to sit, so, why was she offered a choice?
