Great location and easy check in. Very convenient to the cruise terminal (walking distance) and all public transportation. The front desk was very helpful in scheduling our taxi to the airport.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Our apartment was really big..and my son was delighted to have his own room. The staff were helpful. The room was serviced every day. The aircon worked well...and it was in a fantastic location. Really clise to the station eith some great bars/restaurants nearby.

This is not the room that I booked. Hotel’s staff upgrade me to an 4th floor apartment by the side of the hotel. The room is lovely and Italy style. However the bed is very soft and there is so noisy at night (a bar nearby open to 2am). The apartment have lift that I don’t need to take my luggage climbing up.

Mycket trevligt hotell. Jätte nära centralstationen, bara några minuters gång. Vackra gamla takmålningar både i hotellrummet och imatsalen. Det enda negativa var att det inte fanns någon hiss och att extrasängen som fanns i det bokade tripelrummet var både kort och något hård (ej anpassat för vuxen). Helt ok frukost med yoghurt, färsk frukt, croissant och bakelser.

Pedimos una habitación tranquila, nos dieron la 103 justo al lado de la cocina. A las seis y media de la mañana comenzaban a preparar el servicio de desayuno. El ruido no se limitaba a platos y demas elementos sino que las chicas hablaban en voz alta, risas, llamadas de telefono, insufrible. Si alguno tiene el sueño ligero y busca descanso...este no es su hotel, al menos las habitaciones de ese ala.
En cuanto a la ducha, abstenerse gente con soprepeso, no podran acceder a la ducha a traves de las mamparas.
