The hotel location is good the lobby is good too and I booked the river side room not the cheaper room but they give me a room is on the top is and the air conditioner is not cold enough and asked them they just give me a fan. The outside is colder then the room. For 2 night is terrible experience.

We had a canal view room and were woken up from 4-6am each morning by deliveries and hotel pickups. Very loud as the workers all yell to each other goes for at least an hour generally more. Understand the need to do their job but just a note.
Good location for ferries and tea in. Lots of shopping close by and restaurant options.
Breakfast buffet was really good with lots of options plus inside and outdoor dining available.

The location of the hotel was great! General areas of the hotel were very good and the rooms were nice. The corridors to get to the rooms needs some attention, and so does the elevators.
The staff was friendly and helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage in their storage room after we hade checked out while we still had time to explore Venice.
Over all the hotel was a good place to stay at a reasonable price.
