Property itself was very good. Lovely and immaculate room. Great breakfast choices. Nice staff, helpful in getting airport taxi.
Surrounding area a bit sketchy but mostly because of unclean conditions.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was sufficient but the coffee from the self service machine was awful. Good hotel for a quick stopover when travelling.

Very excellent hotel close to Pisa Central railway station. Clean and comfortable room, 24 hour front desk (allowing us to check-in very late), and they let us leave our bags for the day after we checked out. I would definitely recommend.

The hotel smells really bad. Everything is old and not usable. A hotel that you only want to keep luggage and sleep, literally nothing there you can enjoy. Service was fine. A very good location. A hotel that worth around $30 euro per night.

The location is great if you travel mainly by train. Hotel is a old school one, but it is clear and feel safe. The only thing we have concern is the stair to the escalator and to the lobby, which might be a problem if you have a big luaggae.

The hotel is right by the railway station so was perfect for arriving into Pisa late in the early hours. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a little small but ideal for a couple of nights. Breakfasts very good.
