Close to airport and option shuttle service for a reasonable price. Friendly front desk staff. Clean and comfortable room! Pool was great to relax and unwind after the long vacation. We will definitely come back here again!

This is an excellent hotel if you are not wanting to stay at the airport which was our case. They provide a shuttle to and from the airport at a reasonable rate. It is in the port area of Fiumicino so interesting and active to view. There are numerous good restaurants very close to the hotel. Some staff were abrasive and not helpful which is a shame as this hotel has alot going for it. There are many signs telling guests what they cannot do which creates a negative tone. It is a great price compared to other hotels we stayed in Italy.

We had an incredibly frustrated stay here. When we arrived, the entire block was flooded and we couldn’t get into the hotel. We called and asked for help and were told “sorry there is nothing we can do.”
The room itself was old and dirty. Tons of marks all over the wall and the room card control point came out of the wall when you pulled the card out.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, the check-in staff were openly speaking about us in Italian, assuming we wouldn’t understand (except we do speak Italian...).They treated us like an inconvenience rather than guests, a very rude and unprofessional first impression..
Our room had a major issue: the lights wouldn’t turn off. When I called the front desk, one staff member unhelpfully said, “I’m not sure what to tell you.” After a second call, someone finally came up and told us to remove the key card to cut the power—a completely unrealistic suggestion, as that also shut off the fan and air conditioning. I had to push for a room change just to be able to have a place to sleep without the lights on.
Breakfast was another letdown. It was overpriced and poorly managed—the eggs and bacon were cold. When I asked about it, a staff member rolled their eyes and said there was nothing they could do because the outlet wasn’t working. Eventually, a technician plugged the warmer into another outlet.
Checkout was just as frustrating. I asked for clarification on charges and was met with eye rolls and refusal to explain anything.
Overall, the service was dismissive and unprofessional, the facilities poorly maintained, and the hospitality completely lacking. I would not recommend this hotel.

The shower requires acrobatic skills to step over a wall that is way too high . Mattress is mediocre . No shampoo and minimal supplies . Clean and on site restaurant is superior and free breakfast was great ! Transport service to and from airport was superior !

No shuttle after hours to accommodate later flights, unfriendly staff at checkout, pool was not clean or sanitary, cups in hallway. Have to pay to use hotel amenities like gym and pool towels. Biggest downfall was they were tidying up from a party and lots of noise at 2am with tables and chairs being moved, was needing a decent sleep for my 10 hour flight home. Will stay somewhere else next time.

Picked hotel as the last night of our Italian trip to stay near airport. Had great reviews and overall was not a bad place to stay
Pros. Pool was great on a hot day
Roof top bar was nice and the bartender (sorry can’t remember his name) was very nice!
Shuttle to airport 7euro a person was good
Con breakfast bar had flies all over the bread. The bread was in baskets with a towel over the top. When you got near the basket the flies were everywhere. I told staff about it and she said she knew and shrugged and said sorry. She then went on to talk about me in Italian to her coworker. Yep I can understand Italian It was pretty disgusting with all the flies near the other food. I would suggest throwing out the cute wicker baskets and putting bread in a sealed container. We ate dinner the night before in restaurant and had noticed lots of flies and now we know where they came from. The food at dinner was just average and I would recommend eating at one the multiple restaurants down the street

The size of the room exceeded my expectations, and I was surprised that there were actually some great restaurants near the hotel. The airport shuttle was nice and the drivers were great. It was a bit tricky to find the shuttle at FCO. It was in a different space than the directions had indicated, but I did find it eventually.
The reason for my mediocre review is the service. I sustained a pretty significant injury when I hit my head on the hotel’s revolving glass door. I could tell the person at the front desk saw it happen. I was a bit embarrassed and went quickly to the elevator where I realized I had a pretty bad gash in my head. I went to the room and struggled to stop the bleeding. I also got sick due to hitting my head so hard.
I am not from Italy and was travelling alone, with my flight home in a few hours. I called the front desk to try and get ice and let them know the extent of the injury. The person who answered told me they had no ice at the hotel, and that I could try and go find a bar with ice. With my head still bleeding unstoppably, I was in no shape to be leaving the hotel to try and find ice. I started crying and let them know I was quite injured; they were unsympathetic and said there was nothing they could do. My husband was in Canada and tried calling the hotel multiple times after to attempt to get me help, but no one would pick up the phone. We both have worked in hotel management in the past and were shocked with this response to a hotel injury.
