Not very polite people

Honestly did not live up to the expected quality and name of Ibis. I’m not sure if South Korea just has better brand quality or not but I was surprised by my stay here.

Easy hotel to get to airport

It was fine except for the group partying inside and outside the hotel until 4 am

Old hotel needs some improvements. I talked to the receptionist Christian he said their AC is not working so when I opened the window the mosquitoes were coming inside and you can hear the noise from outside. No choice but to close it I called back the receptionist and as if he was tired, Im not overreacting but when he answered the phone he as if he has some attitude with me I told him about the internet connection l, the last name and the password doesn’t work so he gave me a code instead which by the way their internet is not that good. I just have to use my own data. The only one thing that I like is the 5 euros per person for the hotel shuttle. We stayed there for a night we arrived around almost 11pm and left 6am to catch the morning flight we taught we can at least rest and be comfortable for a night but we were wrong. The TV isn’t working either. We paid almost $150 for a night but for me it’s not worth it.

The hotel itself was beautiful. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever eaten in a hotel. Very clean and friendly staff who spoke English. I had to book it at the last minute and the rates were acceptable. My only problem is that it is in the middle of a town with almost no public transportation available. From the airport, Google showed a 2 hour trip! There is a shuttle, but it is not in effect from 2-6 pm!! I landed at 2:30 or so. While they offer another service, it's more expensive than their shuttle and it took an hour to find at the airport.

We went down on our last day to have breakfast. We arrived about 9 AM but there wasn’t any food. The attendant was still going to charge us, but we told her we would go somewhere else and walked away. The front staff and the hotel lobby was very apologetic.

The room had terrible and strong smell of cigarette. The hotel can not be blamed for some fool smoking in room. However they have to absolutely ensure there is no odour before new guests guven the room. This responsibility lies with hotel to ensure the room feels clean, and with that terrible an dstrong smell , the sleeping was not easy. J have informed the staff the next day as it was a very quick stop and i just wanted to rest. The said you could have chmaged the room, the idea is how did the cleaner even miss such strong odour! Unless tey are very passuve about this subject.

It's an airport Ibis, you're not getting anything special. The restaurant in the Novatel over the road is ok, free parking too

Hotel is close to the airport

I think hotel rooms needed updating. Shower was old and cracked plastic. Towels were not plush and new. we only stayed one night but I’ve stayed at other ibis hotels before that are much nicer.

Room Don't have water bottle in general it should be included. There is no room shoe sliper. It's all good but need some more changes. But reception lady was reall nice person.

everything was fine and convenient. The price was reasonable

The shuttle service was not available at our arrival time, nor was it at our departure time. It cost 25 Euros for each taxi trip. They advertise as being very close to MXP, but it's not. My tip: spend the extra 50 Euros and get a better room with a free shuttle service.

Property was clean, but it was looking a little shabby, there was no tea and coffee available in the room and the dining was not available. But the staff were all fr8endly and helpful.

This is an old hotel with very small, uncomfortable beds. The AC didn't work in the first room we checked into, but we were moved to a different room with a working AC. We stayed there for one night due to our flight being cancelled. The staff in the hotel was helpful. I wouldn't recommend the hotel for a longer stay.

Its summer in europe and you enter a room with the AC shut off, it was a sauna inside the room at check inn. At 10am they shut down the AC from the reception and had to ask them to turn in on again, I had nwvwr seen such behaviour and aggresiib towards a customer. Its the european cheapness with using ac, you are running a hotel and charge for a service if you want to save money go and run a bank not hospitality. And the buffet was terrible, dirty tables screaming children and food quality was poor and not many options it looks like a buffet from a prison.
