shuttle bus service to airport are too expensive, which are not normal as hotel around airport

Chauffeuring between airport and IBIS Malpensa is so problematic that it takes more than 30 minutes to wait for the bus, and also sometimes seats are not enough leaving hotel for T1 as it has to take passengers from Novotel.

有接駁車來往米蘭機場都算方便，在10號門乘搭，30分鐘一班車，房間整潔舒適，但細了一點，免费WIFI速度快。 酒店有酒吧，提供各種食物

雖然不大，但是住宿的需要大都能滿足，床也舒適，對隔天要到機場的人是個非常理想的選擇，飯店有提供停車場，很方便，也沒收取停車費喔！

可到第一航廈10號們門搭乘飯店接駁車到飯店，來回機場都要靠飯店接駁車，其他方式只有計程車或是自行開車，無法搭乘公共運輸到達。飯店很舒適，住起來很舒服，周遭景點較少，網路速度很快。

很好的酒店，离机场很近，附近的小镇很安静。还会再来。

Nice hotel near airport. Free shuttle bus between hotel and airport. However don't know why the house-keeping knocked the door of every room at about 8am in the morning, and they said nothing when I open the door.

对于赶早班机或坐晚班机到的，IBIS是很好的选择，酒店免费巴士从早上5:00 到晚上12:45穿梭于酒店和机场之间，30分钟一班，不到10分钟的车程；酒店有24小时酒吧，提供各种食物；房间简单却非常干净；有价格合理的早餐，免费WIFI速度很快。非常喜欢！

First of all, we were overcharged €25 for the two of us to take the hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel when on the website, it states that it was €5 a person. Our twin beds were very narrow and very hard with a mattress topper for a mattress--it was only two inches thick. One of the fluorescent lights was flickering in the bathroom. There was a bar at the hotel that had food, but they refused to serve us as they were short-staffed and told us to go next door to another hotel to eat. We were told conflicting information about breakfast being available. At check-in, we were told that breakfast was not available at all, but in the morning, we found there was a breakfast buffet! We didn't get to eat as we had to get to the airport.

The bathroom was unfortunately not clean, which immediately left a bad impression. In addition, you could hear the neighbors talking very loudly, as the walls are apparently very loud. Another problem was the door - after closing it several times it could hardly be opened, which was very annoying. Overall not a pleasant stay.⭐️⭐️

The only issue was the swipe cards did not always work even post recoding and staff had a lot of trouble fixing. That said, was a good convenient place. Shuttle should be built into price if possible as some people I met assume this and just another thing. Considering the proximity to the airport is its key attraction the shuttle is interdependent and key to customer satisfaction. Making this as seamless as possible for often weary travellers would be best practice customer service plus better card encoding system. Thank you
