The staff goes above and beyond, very friendly, incredible bar and bar staff-they make fantastic drinks. Will return and stay here again and again!

1 of few hotels with a pool, great place to start your day from and a great view at night. Staff are very helpful will definitely be back

Laura at the front desk went the extra effort to assist us with transportation in Italy. Laura was patient and kind.

Good location, clean room. Extremely comfortable bed.

Brilliant location. Lovely rooftop bar with great staff. Good selection at breakfast. However, not the best room we have stayed in for the price. Room was small, weird design with an enormous column running through the room. Can only assume this is a structural thing? Odd for a modern building. Does not warrant the description of ‘Superior room’. Just standard.

Excellent breakfast and tasty basic Italian menu at roof top cafe. We paid the price to get a view of Coliseum from our window and it was worth it.

Check in was very easy, staff was very courteous and spoke english well. Room is very nice and clean, comfy bed, desk. As promised through a porthole window it had a view of the forum and another window. AC worked well! Bar at the rooftop pool was very nice with a hip ambiance a great drink selection and wine selection. The hotel breakfast was truly wonderful with many local bakery products, really a great hotel and we enjoyed our stay. You cant get much closer to the colosseuq either maybe a 5 min walk.

Wonderful Stay at Mercure Mercure Roma Centro Colosseo – Excellent Staff and Great Location We had a fantastic stay at the Mercure Roma! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful, making us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our visit. The hotel itself was clean, fresh, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and pleasant environment to relax in after a day of exploring the city. A special thank you to Viviana, a lovely and attentive member of the bar staff, who always greeted us with a smile and made our evenings enjoyable. Also, a shoutout to Damiano, the lifeguard, who was exceptionally friendly and welcoming—both of them truly enhanced our experience at the hotel. We also informed them that the visit was to celebrate an anniversary and received a complimentary gesture We were also really grateful that the staff allowed us a late check-out to accommodate our evening flight – a thoughtful gesture that made our departure stress-free. The location was ideal, with some fantastic restaurants nearby and easy access to the main attractions of Rome. Overall, we highly recommend the Mercure Roma and would gladly stay here again!

The hotel itself was great, clean and very close to the colosseum and many great restaurants in the area. The rooftop terrace is great place to relax in the afternoon or night time, bartenders were fantastic, the only thing that kept this hotel from being perfect is the fact that when I got to the hotel, I couldn’t check in because it was not 2pm yet, however, the staff did said they had a room ready that they could give me right away but that I had to sign up for a credit card which it format make any sense, if you have a room available for a guest, even if it was before the checking in time, the staff should accommodate it’s guest and not try to get them to sign for a new card membership. Other than that, the hotel was great,
