The shuttle service to and from the airport is very convenient. The room was very comfortable. The hotel staff are professional.

It was less than 10min away from the airport which was great the only down fall is that you're pretty far from tourist points and its quite a trip to get there.

This is THE place to stay that first night in or last night before flying out of FCO. I come several times a year. Clean rooms with windows that open. A nice bar/lounge in the hotel and in summer a fun bar/snacks by the pool. The restaurant serves a nice and varied menu and breakfast is an amazing layout of choices. After 16 to 24 hours in the air and airports, or days preparing to leave and driving across Italy to catch an early morning flight, I want to recline by the pool in quiet garden surroundings. That is Mencure. A reliable, scheduled, shuttle from FCO.

I received a letter from Expedia a few days prior to the trip explaining that the shuttle pick up location was temporarily moved to a different location. The info on the letter was out of date and I ended up wallking around the airport uselessly, missing the shuttle, waiting in the cold, just to end up paying for an uber after a frustrating time searching for the shuttle which was not where the letter said it was. Wasted my time, suffered the cold wait and stress of confusion.

Good option for getting to the airport. Friendly staff, restaurant on site and shuttle for 6 E pp. Bed was not the most comfortable and the showers were inconsistent ;ours was either hot or water pressure but not both and our friends was amazing).

The hotel was basic but very unclean. The shower has brown mold and grime all along the bottom. There was also clumps of hair on the bottom and hair in the towel. The dryer did not work.

We booked two rooms, both rooms had a bad smell and their appearance has not changed for a long time especially the bed was not comfortable and very old and the bedsheet was also bad, even the heat control was not working

The hotel is very out dated and my room was not clean well at all. I am glad that I traveled with my own cleaning supplies. The shuttle bus staff was not helpful or friendly at all.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel, conveniently located walkable into town for restaurant shopping and needed medical attention that we didn’t expect. I would definitely recommend. I will stay again for a family or a couple traveling. The staff was very friendly English speaking and made our new year holiday enjoyable.
