Close to the airport, but that also says something about the community around the hotel.

Close to the airport - great stay for a quick nights sleep befrope a flight. $6 shuttle charge in the mornnig on time an easy pickup/dropoff!

Pool was not available all day which was very disappointing as I booked there fir the pool. They were vacuuming with water robot and did not let anyone in the pool.

We were disappointed that the mini bar was not refrigerated. We asked about it at reception and were told that the kitchen would refrigerate our leftovers from their restaurant. When we asked the server in the restaurant, he chuckled and said that they would not do it. Also, we would prefer glasses for drinking, rather than paper cups.

Confortable hotel

We stayed in three different rooms due to the A/C not working in a heatwave in Rome. The maintenance person was fantastic and did his absolute best to help us. The first room, at 2:30am, we called and they ended up moving us to the second room, but the A/C didn’t work either, so we switched again. The last room was “cooler” but it looked like someone had slept in the bed, (the maintenance guy) because he already had a key to that room and the window was already open. Maybe that’s where he tried to catch a nap in between maintenance calls? Anyway, the A/C was cooler but it dripped outside the door so much that there was a puddle on top of the carpet 6 hours later when we had to leave for the airport. Oh, and the swimming pool was CLOSED and that was the only reason I chose the place because we wanted a cool place to relax before catching a very long flight home and after being in the heat for a few days in central Rome. All in all, a terrible experience and wish to forget it!

Great new surprise for us. Will not stay at Hilton again. Shuttle is fast and convenient. Restaurant food is good and bed was confortable.

A functional room for an overnight stay. Staff were very friendly but beware fees for Hotel Shuttle and City Tax makes it a slightly less economical stay !

Good breakfast selection and lovely food for dining. The staff are friendly and polite.

This hotel is very modern, clean and convenient for the airport and provides a shuttle.

I would have preferred more food options prior to 7:30PM

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The hotel needs a complete renovation. I had used this hotel as a transit hotel. Unfortunately, after 11 pm you have to get a taxi to the hotel which is 35 euros. When I entered the room, it looked like a dark motel room. The curtains were stained, chair was stained and the AC was not working. It was hot. I tried calling downstairs but it didn’t work so I ended up going to the front desk to see if anything could be done about the AC. I asked if a fan was possible, he said they didn’t have any. The AC is regulated he said so that’s why it was not cold. I went back to the room and tried to sleep however the bed is uncomfortable and you can feel the springs. I would advise the hotel to put a mattress pad or topper to help with the comfort. In the morning, I found out that the hot water did not work because of a burst. I had called downstairs and they couldn’t do anything. Overall, I would not recommend going to this hotel. It needs to be renovated fully and redone. It feels like you are in the 80s especially with limited outlets.

Property was local to airport. The breakfast was ok; needs more variety. I noticed once I left property that I was overcharged with using the shuttle. I only used it 4 times but it appears I was charged everyday I was there. When using the shuttle we have to sign in so I am not sure why I was overcharged.

It is a short walk along canal used by fishing boats, lined by restaurants. The hotel is fine.

just stayed the one night before our early flight out but check in/out staff were great, room was great and restaurant/bar was great too. I was nice to finally have a burger :)

I received a letter from Expedia a few days prior to the trip explaining that the shuttle pick up location was temporarily moved to a different location. The info on the letter was out of date and I ended up wallking around the airport uselessly, missing the shuttle, waiting in the cold, just to end up paying for an uber after a frustrating time searching for the shuttle which was not where the letter said it was. Wasted my time, suffered the cold wait and stress of confusion.
