Great stay, amazing amenities, helpful staff. Loved the pool and padel area.

Had an incredible (included) breakfast and a very nice dinner as well. The pool area was lovely and we were surprised how quiet it was given the proximity to FCO Airport.

To begin with they sent the airport bus shuttle schedule which was incorrect. This lead to us waiting over an hour for a bus that wasn’t coming at 11pm. We managed to call reception who didn’t apologies and said get a taxi (taxi was 55 euros - 8 minute drive). Upon arriving to the hotel, again no apologies or mention of the error. We arrived to our room which had a terrible smell of smoke, they agreed to move us but this room despite smelling less like smoke was near the bar. Which played music and had people making huge amounts of noise till around 1.30am. We only stayed here for 7 hours before our early morning flight. It’s was terrible. It’s very old, smells, the beds are tiny and uncomfortable. Me and my partner actually laugh about the experience it was so bad. And we have travels to over 50 countries and despite emailing the hotel have not received an apology or anything back. I would avoid this or pay the extra and go to an actual airport hotel. Oh and their shuttle service was available for when we left so had to pay another 55 euro taxi.

Dining room has very good food. Nice airport hotel overall with friendly staff.

It was a nice hotel. The only thing i can say is that we had the first room near the lobby so i could hear everyone talking the bed was not comfortable you could feel the springs. I can say the staff were extremely nice and helpul.

Great staff at the restaurant

Started off not so good with not being able to find their shuttle, completely confusing instructions and the times were not at stated. So we had to get ripped off by a taxi 38€ for a 3km trip. Reception staff were efficient but looked like they had just been sucking on lemons. Room was very hot and the aircon didn’t do a great job of cooling in down. Bed was firm. We were gone early after arriving late so can’t comment on the rest of the property.

No AC in common area, The room has 2 single small beds , AC was off and window was open It took the AC long time to cool the room

It was nice that the hotel provided free water bottles, coke and juice. Bathroom/shower improvement was good. We appreciate the upgrade and spacious room, however, we actually prefer to have the old wing pool view room. New wing room was very far from elevators. There was no tissue paper, wash cloths.

The disappointment focused around the cost against the conference taking place which overtook the restaurant and bar at night forcing us out of the hotel due to lack of staff available.

Very disappointed! They have controlled shower water! So, you can only take 1 minute shower, otherwise the water will overflow and leaks in the room! The hair dryer didn't work and they didn't replaced! The WI-FI didn't work in the room and they said that it is what it is! Very disappointing and I do not recommend this hotel if you want to take a rest and get ready for you travel!

We had a wonderful 1 night stay. Staff was amazing !! A shout out to our waiter who took amazing care of us! Super friendly and went above and beyond! Beautiful pool and garden area! Will definitely be back!

We stayed one night to catch our flight the next day. Had lunch poolside and dinner in the restaurant. Food and service were great. Room was clean and comfortable but had a couple of maintenance issues. All the staff were very helpful. The airport shuttle is so convenient. Would definitely recommend it for anyone catching a flight.
