We liked everything. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It is well designed and organized; everything is exactly where you would expect to find it. The location is very convenient, within a short walking distance from the Malpensa Express train station and free airport shuttle to Terminal 1.

Hotel was ok, but AC did not work well enough to adequately cool the rooms. One of them dripped water all over the floor. Shower had a curtain and bathroom got completely wet. Moxy Milan Linate is much better.

Please be aware that this hotel does not offer left luggage facilities. It is only a 2 minute walk to terminal 2 which was a good point other than that average hotel basic rooms and service

This is the perfect “airport hotel.” Clean, comfortable with a good restaurant, fun bar and great and friendly staff. I was two nights here before heading to Lake Como. It is a two minute walk to the train station where you can easily go to downtown Milan or connect to other trains to go anywhere in Italy. Highly recommend!

I’m diabetic and there are no diabetic options especially for the breakfast. No sugar free options. Such as sugar free juice, yogurt, maple syrup. The hot food items for breakfast were cold. I didn’t fall asleep until 1 am from the constant noise of airplane’s taking off and landing. Possibly better windows.
