Great location. Nice staff. High floor with view. Taxi fixed rate to airport - need to confirm with driver they all wait outside and ask for more but I refused. No garage need to park nearby - also check several garage on the price - varies. Quite like the hotel in general

When traveling for business, you get the free upgrade, but when you travel with family, you get the lowest quality room until you complain. Rooms where you can barely walk around the bed and you feel every coil in the mattress. Only after you complain will you get the good room. This was certainly our experience at this hotel, which we found was not uncommon in this area. This hotel has some fantastic rooms, but it also has rooms the hotel should be ashamed of having. Hotel had plenty of vacancy

During the check-in, I was told that they only had one room left and it would be a “city” view. I told him I had a “sea” view reserved through Hotels.com. He then gave me a sea view room after that. Why should I have to do that challenge?
