This hotel is super close to Milano central station where you can board a train to Duomo or other interesting places around Milan. The location is just 5 minutes walking from the central station to the hotel, and it's located next to Bab Al Yemen restaurant that serves delicious food. There are lots of seating areas to enjoy, to rest, and the reception staff is also nice towards guests. There is a short flight of stairs towards the main entrance, but fret not, there is one guy on standby to help carry your luggage. He is also very hardworking at doing his job.

Good stay overall. Had a light flickering issue in the bathroom and they teied to resolve it immediately. The hotel has baggage storage for free the whole day after checkout which is nice. Breakfast was good. We ordered a tiramisu and thats the only negative thing i have, Had to eat and take a pic with the worst tiramisu i had in Italy 😆 and that too.on my bday. No complaints, this hotel.was excellent choice

First of all the location of the hotel given its proximity to Milano Centrale is excellent. After a 30 hour journey I arrived at the hotel at approx 9am. I was offered an early check in at no cost if I joined the “Leonardo Hotels Guest program”. I was delighted to be given access to my room early. Unfortunately I was allocated a room on Level 1 (of 11 floors). This room was so low to the street level I could constantly hear the noise from the subway system during operating hours. The first night on three occasions people were talking loudly as they passed my room (the closest one to the elevators) so after long flights I had a poor nights sleep. I cannot understand why staying for five nights in shoulder season that I would be given a level one room! The room was clean and pretty well appointed and as I said location is great. At checkout no-one asked how I enjoyed my stay or similar. Special mention of the guys on the front door that were so polite and helpful. Overall a bit disappointing.

The staff of this property was amazing. However, the standards of the hotel are not great. I expected more for this price point That design was very inconvenient. The lighting was bad in the rooms. The shower is tiny. And the room itself the design is very dated from the floor tile to the bed to the bathroom decor

Smeep was awful. Pillows rock hard. Room way too hot and unable using the wall switch to make it colder. Had to open window and then face noise from passing transportation Breakfast was ok, gluten free options. Forced "volontary tip" is not a nice touch.

We appreciated the helpful staff. We had a very short stay but they ensured we made the most of it. The hotel was unique and the room was clean and nice sized for Milan. The elevator was a bit iffy as it made large clunking sounds and felt like it was going to break down at any moment but it held up for our stay. Unfortunately breakfast was not great. The eggs were cold and the bacon was extra greasy.

Everything was well. Only two observations. First, I did not care of the stairs to reach the lobby from the street. They remedy it with an attendant to carry the luggage but the stairs are fairly steep and slippery when wet. The second point is about the opening hours of the bar in the lobby. It should start in the morning for those who just want a coffee/cappuccino rather than the whole breakfast in the restaurant
