Une seule nuit dans cette hôtel, nous avons été surclassé et nous avons passé la nuit dans une suite junior ! ( merci hôtel.com) personnel superbe, parking un peu cher (48€) mais pas de parking tout près Le bar est sympa et le petit déjeuner superbe donc un très bon hôtel Recherche à l’opposé de la gare les restaurants et pour faire le shopping ! Sinon le musée du cinéma est top

Everyone here was wonderful!!! The nice lady at check-in made us feel welcome. They were all just great and very helpful. Such nice and kind professionals here. They assisted me in sending an overnight package to Rome and went out of their way to help me. We were very pleased with everything here and would highly recommend this beautiful hotel to all travelers. Their prices were reasonable as well. This was a great location and will be the only place I stay when I am back in Turin. FIVE STARS TO THIS HOTEL!!! BRAVO!!!

Close to everything, we were able to enjoy leisure walks to shopping and the sights. Valet parking made arrival by rental car that much easier. Staff were very helpful and provided excellent service and information about the area. Unfortunately, only one of the two elevators was in service at time of checkout which made a trip down the stairs with luggage necessary, so plan your departure accordingly.

Rumorosa all'interno (ricircolo dell'aria) e all'esterno (stanza non silenziate). Aria fredda costantemente nella stanza. Colazione dozzinale. Pulizia scarsa.

Nous avons passé deux nuits en amoureux au Principi di Piemonte, une expérience inoubliable à tous les niveaux. L’accueil, le service, la qualité des prestations : tout est au niveau des cinq étoiles les plus sélectifs. Le personnel est attentif, professionnel et chaleureux. L’hôtel, idéalement situé sur la très élégante Via Roma, est parfait pour découvrir Turin à pied : restaurants, shopping, musées… tout est accessible en quelques minutes. La décoration est raffinée, la chambre spacieuse et confortable, avec une salle de bains immense. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, varié et de grande qualité. Et que dire du spa… un vrai bijou. Le hammam, en particulier, est sans doute l’un des plus beaux que nous ayons eu l’occasion de découvrir. Un séjour exceptionnel que nous recommandons sans la moindre hésitation.
