Excellent staff and service from the moment you walk through those floor to ceiling glass doors until the moment you leave. Didn't love the shower (half door) design where water kept splashing out nor the very temperamental hot water but the rooms were spacious with connecting doors, the beds and turn down service made every night cozy and comfortable and the location simply could not be beat.

This was our third stop on a family trip, and it has by far been the best part. Started in Venice, then Verona, both of which were great cities to visit, but the accommodations there were suspect at best. Just walking into the lobby of the Rosa Grand Milan we could tell we were in a better place. Beautiful hotel, exceptional service and amenities, and great location right next to the Duomo and Galleria. Only regret is we didn't plan more time to stay longer.

Fabulous hotel in the most perfect location for exploring Milan city centre. Just near the duomo right in the centre of things yet inside the hotel is a haven of peace and tranquility with fabulous service. A truly fabulous place to stay with some of the best staff you could ever wish for. Superbly designed and super comfortable rooms. I slept fantastic here!

Staff were good. Fire alarm meant I couldn’t access my room when I was most in need of a nap after a very early start for my travels. Took a long time to get checked out due to long queues at the lobby, which made making my flight tight for time. Otherwise, room was very clean and comfortable.

Stayed straight 6 years in November here.
NO MORE. HOTEL DON'T DO MAINTENANCE OF ROOM.
Clogged bathtub drain, the bathtub drain plug didn't work and the water kept running away, a lot of dust from the air conditioning due to lack of MAINTENANCE, the hotel is getting damaged too quickly, the USB on the wall by the bed doesn't work, the bathroom door got stuck due to lack of maintenance. Only 1 towel per person in the room, the hot air conditioning didn't work in the room and I had to sleep with the window open and the fan... but the worst part was that I told them to fix it, but they didn't want to give it the attention it needed. I'm being honest here. THE HOTEL HAS BECOME A TRAP FOR TRAPPING TOURISTS. A lot of footsteps on the upper floor after 11:00 PM!!! I can't forget this wonderful experience I had.
