This hotel was in an excellent location, with a lovely sea view out the window. There were many restaurants within easy walking distance. Everything was clean and the room was spacious compared to others we stayed in during our trip. Our only complaints are that the room did not cool off even with the AC on, and when we made requests of the staff, they were often slow to respond. Over all it was a nice hotel.

To start off I want to say that I have been to Naples many times and my family is generationally from there but after moving to North America we often go to visit. This was our first time going to Royal continental after seeing it many times in passing thru lungomare. From the outside it seems quite “Royal” but from the inside it is not at all. The first night we were there there was so many problems it was unimaginable. To start off the room they gave us as the basic room felt more like a cabin than a hotel room. Very outdated interior and tiling quite a small room shower that does not even have a full covering. But that’s the least of it, me and my sister had went out during the day and bought some drinks to put in the fridge and it was still hot 9 hours later as if we left it in the sun. The AC was not working whatsoever, they claim to have a central controlling but do not use it properly. We had no blanket the first, there was no hand soap instead they put a shampoo bottle there which clearly states it’s shampoo they didn’t even try to hide it. After spending the first night with no ac no working fridge no steamer or iron for clothes. Although I asked at the front desk and they said they don’t provide a steamer or iron but they provide laundry service. This was almost a slap in the face because what hotel dosent provide the basic needs. Of course they provide laundry service for a fee but at that point I might as well leave my wallet There for the absurd pricing.

What I liked: Very friendly and professional staff: Outstanding. What I didn't like: 1) Website offers airport shuttle, but they do no such service: You're on your own. 2) The downstairs/lobby bar closes at 17.30, after that you must go to the rooftop bar only. 3) The rooftop bar would not allow me to take my leftovers away. Had I known that, I wouldn't have ordered a pizza, of which only half I could eat at once. This is wasteful.

This place is an absolute must-stay in Naples! The location couldn't have been more perfect. It's so walkable, and the views are breathtaking. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was a nice touch. The rooms are also spacious and clean. If I ever go back, this will be that I stay 100%

40 euros for the parking is too much

Pool was great, hotel was very elite, staff was great. Breakfast was amazing, very good food. Free water provided in room refrigerator every day, a big plus. Anything we asked for was provided. Would definitely recommend and stay again if i traveled to Naples.

We had a wonderful stay in Napoli. Very easy to get to ferry or train to travel around. The front desk morning staff was Amazing. Always helping with taxis and site seeing. Free breakfast was Great and staff was also awesome. Will be staying again on our next trip!

Very nice hotel

The staff at this hotel is amazing! Due to me and my sisters problem that we didn't receive our luggage from the airport they tried their best to help us in that matter. Later on we connected well with Rosalba in the reception who have us many good advices and recommendations. She really made us feel like we were the most important guest - and we guess that she and her colleagues are experts in making every guest feel like that. Also by the pool we have great experiences with the staff and also at breakfast. The hotel itself was very nice and clean. We have absolutely nothing to complain about. We loved the hotel and the breakfast was fantastic the only thing that made me feel unsafe was that there was a person on the 4th floor that was not a guest sitting in the chairs my elevator asking for water being a parent with kids in a separate room it did make me feel uncomfortable not sure if the property has security . Great location close to a lot of the sights in Naples
