We enjoyed our 5 day stay. During 2nd day we reported water leak from the ceiling due to A/C. It took them 2 days until management decided that this is unrepairable and were upgraded to better room. Breakfast is average and limited but okay.

Staff was great. Washrooms could use some renovations (Mold in the showers). But breakfast was good and the location of the hotel is awesome.

I like everything; it’s a favoured hotel, a pleasant place holding so many good memories: Unique location, a feast for the eyes and mouth.

I have stayed here 4 times over the years, it is a perfect hotel to start off on when visiting the Amalfi coast

Perfect stay. The location is beautiful, right on the sea side and just a short walk away from the historic center. We had the chance to have a sea view room which made it more special.

Fantastic location!

Upon checking into my room, there was a strong sour odor and the A/C wasn’t working properly. I called the front desk and they sent maintenance to check. Then I I noticed the tub drain was stuck closed. I called the front desk again and maintenance arrived over an hour later and was rude like it was my fault. After that first night, I could not endure the odor and decided to cut my 3 day reservation a day short. I went to the front desk in the morning to let them know I would be checking out the next morning, one day early. They told me that was fine and I would just have to pay for the 2 nights upon checkout. The next morning when I checked out at the front desk, they confirmed again that I would not be charged for the 3rd night. The employee who checked me out even called her manager over to confirm I only had to pay for 2 nights. She confirmed that and then I paid what was due for 2 nights. Later that day, they charged me for the 3rd night with no notice. I find this very unprofessional and upsetting especially since they confirmed multiple times that I would not be charged. I tried to contact the hotel after I got back home and could not get a response from them. Expedia customer service also tried contacting the hotel several times and could not get a response back. I do not recommend staying at this hotel in Naples. It is VERY outdated. Limited food options at the restaurant/room service and the pool is tiny and you have to make reservations for it.

How do I say quite luxury. The moment we walked in there was a fantastic vibe being located at a seaside coastal hotel. The room was amazing because we had a view of the sea and it was worth it because at night time there was a fireworks show. The front desk and cleaning staff were super friendly, professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet was Italian style amazing. I discovered from staff that they also have a location in Sorrento. The pool is on the 9th floor with a sea view and it is a salt water pool. Just breath taking and calm. We will definitely be back next year.

Dejligt hotel - servicen fra personalet var meget forskellig alt efter hvem man blev mødt af… Trist at man på dagen man checker ud ikke må bruge poolen med mindre du laver sent check ud og betaler 50 euro mere… synes det er urimeligt.. Parkeringen var også urimelig dyr..
