Hotel mit Charm. Wer geschichtlich interessiert ist, für den ist dieses Hotel genau das richtige. Es ist das älteste Hotel Italiens und bietet viel Sehenswertes. Es liegt zentral mit Blick auf den Fluss Arno.

Old classic hotel by the river, great location with easy walk to the Dome and Tower and just 13 min walk from the train station. The hotel is old style but in very good shape, I got a room with river view and it was well worth it. Loved Pisa, underrated stop in la Toscana. Staff makes a great aperitif and there is a very nice terrace to enjoy a sit down. Would stay again.

Generally a clean hotel however the room is dated and sparse with almost no electricity sockets. Granted it's a very old hotel but a bit more comfort such as a rug on the old wooden floor would help. Staff very obliging.

Hotellet er gammelt og slidt, men er rent og med meget venligt personale. Man kan jo ikke klage over at at bo på et museum, når de prøver på at bevare det gamle udseende på hotellet. Får nok ikke bedre placering midt i byen, og i kort gåafstand til ALT😎

Il faut lire les avis avant de se rendre dans cet hôtel… Le faste d’antan est rester intact sans rafraîchissement. Passer la première heure qui est un peu déconcertante, il faut s’approprier les lieux, et investir des espaces communs pour créer sa propre ambiance. Le personnel est très sympathique, mettant vos consommations au frais, apportant au besoin seau de glace , verres … Donc c’est un mélange entre hôtel roccoco et musée Finalement, nous ne regrettons pas

Pésima experiencia en el Royal Victoria Hotel de Pisa (agosto 2025). Tuvimos que abandonar el hotel el mismo día de llegada por las condiciones inhumanas de la habitación: 31°C sin aire acondicionado, solo tres ventiladores manuales que tuve que subir yo mismo a un cuarto piso. La temperatura no bajó ni un grado y fue imposible descansar. Solo había un enchufe en toda la habitación; tuve que bajar a pedir una regleta. El trato en recepción fue frío y poco resolutivo, sin ofrecernos ninguna solución ni alternativa. La propia directora del hotel reconoció el problema y nos invitó a abandonar la estancia, asegurando que se nos devolvería el importe a través de la agencia. La situación fue tan grave que tuvimos que reservar urgentemente otro hotel esa misma noche, asumiendo el gasto adicional. Me parece que lo que anuncian en su web no refleja la realidad: habitaciones mal equipadas, sin climatización y sin atención adecuada al cliente. He presentado una reclamación con pruebas (fotos incluidas) y estoy a la espera del reembolso. No recomiendo este hotel bajo ninguna circunstancia. No cumple con los estándares mínimos que se esperan de un alojamiento en pleno 2025. Evitadlo si buscáis descanso, comodidad y un trato digno.

La literie, la cabine de douche (nous est tombé dans les mains), le petit déjeuner etc... indigne d'un 3 étoiles. L'électricité, la Robinetterie, les sanitaires, le mobilier... D'un autre temps. Fenêtre en bois du siècle dernier (ou celui d'avant !) avec simple vitrage. On se croyait sur la route.

Veldig enkel standard. Dårlig med strømuttak, kun 2 enkle stoler på rommet. Ellers var sengene helt ok. Badet var skittent og virket som det ikke har blitt tørket støv på en god stund. Helt ok mat, veldig enkel. Ingen kiosk på hotellet, så må ut for å få kjøpt vann/drikke osv.
