We arrived at Sheraton Malpensa at the last day of our trip prior to our flight back home. The location was great as it was located in the Airport itself. Basically, we felt that the environment of the hotel room was a little old and dirty, and it did not feel as comfortable. Fortunately, the sheets were still clean. Another thing we noticed was the walk from the room to the lift lobby was more than 100 metres that made me wonder why they could not make another lift lobby nearer to further rooms, in case visitors would like to have a smoke.

從飛行航廈可直達，轉機最方便最舒適的飯店，有付費提早check in 的服務，對提供航班早到的旅客非常方便。

高度推薦的機場飯店！ 接待服務與退房後的協助超優質、房內住宿品質極佳、飯店設施、設備也很超值！

十分方便，有直接連接通道往機場T1，見地下入口亦有Shuttle Bus往T2, 早機之選, 房間整潔，床也舒適，唯一不好之處是浴缸去水有點塞，十分不順暢，這點還請酒店留意一下

一進入大廳，剛好保全人員經過與我打招呼，一開始印象就令我感到非常好，接著check in環節，剛好遇到senior 在教junior如何check in作業，不疾不徐，一切感受很好，原本訂單人床，很幸運地受到升等至雙人twin bed的房間，非常感謝！ 唯一沒中不足地方，沐浴乳備量不足夠，按了五下不到就沒有了，且有一個黑色頭髮卡在洗沐用品的地方，以及隔音不太好，一直聽到樓上或是走廊的腳步聲、窗戶也有共振聲音，但大致上都還過得去，床、棉被、枕頭都很舒適，對於只住一晚隔天早上搭飛機，是十分便利的地方！

The hotel is beautiful. Would have loved to have a concierge and the availability of a car and driver. Otherwise, The convenience is unbeatable. Really enjoyed the hotel Thank you.

I had a comfortable stay at the Malpensa Sheraton. My king room was very nicely renovated and spacious. I appreciated the 2 complimentary waters provided in my room. I enjoyed the food at the restaurant. I did hear a lot of noise and people speaking in another room. Other than that, my stay was great.

I could walk from the hotel to the terminal. It was stress free!

We have stayed at this 4-star hotel before and expected a good stay. This experience was terrible. 1) at the check-in we were assigned room 2047. We got the key and headed to the room with the porter. We tried our key but the door did not open. the porter let us in with her passpartout. We walked inside and as we start turning on the lights there was luggage and somebody sleeping in the bed! We left immediately. The person did not wake up. We were later told that that room is regularly to an airline. 2) Eventually the porter got us to a new room, 2067. No occupants there. As we showered later in the evening, we noticed a lot of black mold all over the tub. We told this at the reception the next morning and the observation was completely ignored (not even an 'I am sorry about the mold') 3) the faucet in the sink in the bathroom has reversed hock-up for hot and cold water (you get cold water when the level is on the left). I found out burning myself when I tried to get cold water to wash my hands. 4) The room was for 3 people but there was only 1 robe (hanging inside the closet). This is not a big deal but added to everything else it shown how little care is put in setting up the rooms. None of the issues described above should be part of a stay in a 4-star hotel. On the bright side the pool is magnificent and the breakfast was memorable.

今回、コモ湖滞在からの帰路、ミラノー東京便のために前泊しました。 空港ターミナル１に直結のホテルのため、早朝フライトでも移動時間を気にするストレスなく、また、鉄道駅の真上にあるため、コモ湖からの鉄道利用にも便利で、おかげで前泊日にミラノ市街地まで鉄道で40分ほどで移動して小旅行ができ、とても利便性が高いホテルです。 強いて難点をあげれば、広すぎてレセプションから部屋までかなりの距離を歩くこと（荷物運びを依頼した方がベター）、夕食のレストランは予約がないと20分程度待たされました。 それ以外は内装も綺麗で良いホテルです。
