The staff was great, the hotel is nice and in a great and convenient location.

Probably one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in my life. Rude front desk. Tiny washroom and bath. The water kept going warm and cold. We could never order uber because of its location.

Property is in good location but very dated. Everything starting from furniture to bathroom is very old. Feels like you are staying at someone’s old house not hotel. So would not recommend to stay there.

The rooms were okay, breakfast was not great, the gentleman making the coffee certainly does not like his job, the coffee maybe there was something wrong with the coffee beans but the americano coffee was warm then we tried a coffee latte it didn't taste good then we tried a coffee maciano and it didn't taste good either so we switched to tea cuz you know we couldn't go wrong with tea, definitely overpriced.

Great location. Older hotel but quite grand. Well maintained and spotless. Friendly, helpful staff.

Breakfast was good

Hotel is nice, 3 star. Staff was arrogant. Staff entered our room during the day while we were gone for no reason. The pool was cold and we asked about the hot tub and staff told us no hot tub. Surrounding area was nice. Self parking was €40.00 per day plus €7.50 for emissions permit.

Milan was 96 degrees (36 Celsius) and the air conditioner did not work for the 4 days we stayed. The staff was not helpful at all!!!! WE WOULD NEVER GO BACK!!!

The hotel is in a great location! That's the only thing about it. Room is small. Check in is at 2. When we arrive at 2, there was no room available. And no apology!

when it comes to location … this hotel is a gem! it was just tucked in enough to be in a quiet spot. if theres no major event going on like design week…. where youll hear loud music.. but it wont be for too long…but walk 2 mins in every direction youll be in the center of everything that there is to see that exceeded my expectations! Teatro alla scala is 3 mins from there… the duomo same walking distance rinascente ! hop on bus stops restaurants shops including the metro… nothing seemed too far away to walk we got a spacious room and a nice breakfast… they could use more variety in the menu.. the company for pick up from the airport and drop off was very nice…excellent drivers and very friendly we had a good experience… personnel was very accommodating and friendly…. the furniture is a little worn out .. and they could provide more toiletries…and the mattress could be more comfortable … if you are looking for the “hotel experience” where u want to feel pampered this isn't it….. but if you make location a priority this place is clean and youll get a decent room and stay.

Hotel is too old and not functioning at all breakfast is horrible we had to change a room because wi fi didn’t work pool is dirty steam room is closed sauna is disgusting and smell funny maintenance issues everywhere you look this hotel should be closed

Great location

The hotel was very central and close to the Duomo and the shopping. Staff were cordial and took good care of our car. 🚗

It was a quick one day stay before our flight home. But the hotel was great.!!
