The lady at the counter was not very nice and was condescending. We also asked for a shuttle bus to the airport as it is part of the service, but then the grumpy lady replied that it is not possible to get it without further explanation. The hallways smelled of barns, in the toilet we had to wash our hands with shampoo. We ordered food downstairs in the restaurant, we definitely shouldn't have done that as the food was chewy and tasteless and appeared to have been heated in a microwave.

The room was great! Breakfast was very good and had lots of options. Staff were kind.

En natts opphold ifb med tidlig avgang fra BGY. Bestilte familierom, men ble oppgradert til to adskilte rom. Veldig hyggelig og serviceinnstilt personale. Nær flyplass, likevel ikke langt til Bergamo sentrum. Anbefales!

L’hotel e la camera in particolare sono molto obsoleti e necessitano di una ristrutturazione. Il bagno uguale, sia i sanitari che le piastrelle molto vecchie e danneggiate. Letto comodo e pulito e devo dire che nonostante sia a ridosso di una strada molto trafficata il rumore non si sentiva più di tanto in camera. Colazione ok, forse un po troppo 11€ per la qualità dei prodotti presentati

We didn't spend long in this hotel as our flight was delayed and we only booked it for one night. It was a shame as the family room was excellent, so spacious and clean with two bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and there was air-con. Excellent airport hotel option, much better than we expected.

Yövyimme hotellissa koska lentomme lähti aikaisin aamulla ja hotelli oli siihen tarkoitukseen hyvä. Noin 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä hotellilta on bussipysäkki millä pääsee Bergamon lentokentälle noin seitsemässä minuutissa. Me käytimme tätä bussia jolle tuli hinta 1,70€/suunta/aikuinen.

El personal es extremadamente amable, lástima que en nuestra habitación el blackout estaba destruido por el sol y la luz que entraba nos despertó muy temprano, la secadora estaba descompuesta.

The hotel in general very good and close to the airport and there is available parking area around hotel.

Hotel was chosen because of airport transfer but unfortunately this is not true, they will order a taxi for you which costs approx €20 !! 😡

well overrated… has nothing to do with palace .. its a simple hotel located in some industial area next to a highway … rooms are spartan and old fashion like in the 80 s … breakfast starts at 07:00 but don’t think you can get any service at 6:59 not even a good morning … my recomodation : avoid if you can

Tolles Hotel. Von außen vielleicht nicht mehr so schick aber wir hatten wirklich 2 schöne Zimmer. Personal super freundlich. Hätten erst um 15 Uhr rein gedurft waren aber schon um 10 da gar kein Problem. Zu Fuß erreichbar vom Flughafen und auch so kann man direkt los laufen und Bergamo erkunden.

Wir waren lediglich für eine (kurze) Nacht im Hotel, wegen frühmorgendlich en Flug aus Bergamo. Das Hotel war sehr einfach zu erreichen, später 5 Minuten zum Mietwagenparkplatz des Flughafens (ins Zentrum von Bergamo sind es allerdings ~20min mit dem Auto). Beim Check-in sehr freundliches Personal, das Zimmer war sauber, Wasserkocher etc vorhanden :) zur Frühstückszeit waren wir über den Wolken, kann also nicht mehr sagen.

Great location, good room conditions and most polite and helpful staff. Highly recommend
