Ethical and relaxing ambience. Friendly and welcoming. Excellent breakfast. Access to water dispensers close by. Close to town centre and good local transport connections to the airport, Palau and Santa Teresa. Room was, however, small with a non-usable unfurnished balcony and was a disappointing 3 star experience.

Très bon accueil de notre langue d’origine, par contre à mes yeux, il ne s’agit pas d’un hôtel quatre étoiles. Chambre à la décoration vieillissante, petit déjeuner très classique avec peu de choix. Prenez note que l’accès à la piscine est payant 20 € par personne et par jour.
Nous avons été réveillés deux fois la même matinée par les femmes de chambre qui essayaient de rentrer. Il était 8h du matin.
J’ai demandé un fer à repasser, il n’est jamais arrivé.
Enfin, la literie mériterait d’être changée.

L'hôtel est tres beau, propre, bien placé.
Par contre l'accueil une premiere fois parcune jeune fille tres bien . Mais lors du check in, la dame a l'accueil beaucoup moins bien. Dommage , tout le mondecke sait l'accueil donne le premier ressenti.

Perfect location, just steps from Olbia’s city center and the main street for restaurants, bars, and shopping. However, the hotel did not quite meet our expectations: the welcome was not very warm (we had to wait 10 minutes at reception and no apology was offered upon arrival), the breakfast staff was generally not very friendly. The room was fine with a comfortable bed, but very dark — insufficient lighting, especially in the bathroom. Breakfast was of good quality. We did not try the spa.

chambre décevante par rapport à ce qu’on attend d’un 4 étoiles : fenêtre de la salle bain condamnée car donnant sur la salle de sport, cheveux partout au sol, traces d’humidité au plafond et taches de saleté sur la chasse d’eau et le bac à douche.
Le petit déjeuner est excellent et digne d’un 4 étoile.

Bokade hotellet som en fin avslutning på vår resa till Sardinien och det var precis vad vi behövde.
Boendet ligger central med kort avstånd till restauranger och huvudgatan i stan.
Oblia i sig är ingen stad som man ska lägga en heldag i. Men den ligger nära många stränder som det är enkelt att ta sig till för dagsutflykter.
Det är inte något stort spa, men var väl värt pengarna som en sista aktivitet på resan.
Boendet har några parkeringsplatser som man bör boka i förväg, annars finns parkerkgnsplatser alldeles i närheten.

10:00 am check out time was too early. Bed was comfortable, nice shower but the smart room was just too cramped. Also, hallways outside the hotel room were echoey and extremely noisy. Fellow guests woke us up several times by rolling their luggage down the hall or even just closing doors.
