Villa Torre Bianca by Emily Hotels

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Torre Bianca, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the entire hotel staff made us feel incredibly welcome and attended to our every need with genuine warmth and professionalism. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Our suite was nothing short of spectacular, elegantly designed and impeccably clean, with stunning views that made each morning a delight. It provided a perfect sanctuary after our adventures. The location of Villa Torre Bianca was ideal for exploring the enchanting region of Puglia. We easily accessed charming towns, breathtaking coastlines, and delicious local cuisine, making it the perfect base for our explorations. While I won’t name specific individuals, as I would hate to inadvertently leave anyone out, I must emphasize that every member of the staff was impressive and contributed to making our stay unforgettable. If you’re looking for a wonderful experience in Puglia, Villa Torre Bianca is the place to be!

The property and building were beautiful. The staff was so friendly and helpful especially Gaspare and Safy who went out of their way to help us . I would definitely go back there and will recommend it to my friends.

I stay often at 5* properties and this one checks every box. I was a bit concerned of staying here without having a car, but it’s very accessible even by a tuk from the train station. When you’re at the property they can arrange private transportation to get you anywhere you need to go as well. The property is beautiful, well maintained and excellent staff that goes out of their way to make the experience wonderful.

Stunning property and room!

The Mazarelli Creative resort is an exceptional property. It is a beautifully renovated villa decorated with excellent taste and functionality. Each room appears to have it’s own entrance and patio area. You are surrounded by fruit and olive trees. It’s so serene. Ciara is a delightful hostess. They serve a delicious breakfast in a lovely outdoor setting. Highly recommend.

It is a lovely hotel and people are so nice but the walls were very thin in our room and we could hear our neighbours even just cough!

Thé wifi was pathetic. We were in the Royal Suite but had little, if any signal. As we were going to a family wedding, it was very important to keep in touch. I felt that staff didn’t care and we were told that « it’s in the countryside » well so we’re all the hotels we stayed in on the way through France and Italy. The wedding venue, 2kms away, also i the countryside, had excellent WiFi. Definitely not 5*. We’ve stayed in 5* hotels all round the world and this LOOKs good but is very disappointing. For example, for four nights stay we only had two little bottles of complimentary water the first day when the temperature was about 28 degrees. Toiletries were the same as in Agrotourismo. The design of the room looks good but is totally impractical if you have a lot of luggage. The road to the hotel is like a dirt track, that is, if you manage to find the place. Very difficult to locate. Don’t bother with the restaurant. Thé breakfast area (and restaurant) allows dogs and we saw a dog being sick on the table and then it was allowed to wander back in and approach us. This is a stylish hotel which could be excellent

Can’t rate the Mazzarelli resort highly enough. Wonderful staff, stunning setting and a beautiful place.

Mazzarelli creative is in a really beautiful area of Puglia, and very convenient to Polignano e Mare and the beaches about an hour south of there. The rooms are very large and spacious and clean. The furniture is totally nice but not luxurious. The dinner there is top notch. One of the two best meals we had. The breakfast offering is a bit lackluster. For example, the scrambled eggs sitting in the hot holder were dried out. I would definitely stay here again overall though.

A gorgeous property with the friendliest staff. Can’t wait to return one day with our daughter. Only fault was that the WiFi didn’t work in our room. Every staff member was incredible and really made our stay so special

Outstanding facility and grounds. Stunning pool and views over the countryside. Staff warm and friendly. The food is very good at restaurant. We hated to leave after 3 days. There could be more information about Mr. Mazzarelli, his company and the highlights of surrounding area with a map to guide guests. All to make our time in the area more enjoyable and interesting.

We booked this hotel for Easter weekend based on its quiet location and proximity to popular tourist towns. We loved everything about our stay - the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they added small unexpected touches to everything, and made us feel very welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful, well equipped and has incredible views in all directions. The room was spacious, had everything we needed and was very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere special and secluded.

Probably one of the most enjoyable stays. New hotel in the heart of Puglia.

Wir waren 4 Nächte im Torre Bianca und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war geräumig und komfortabel, das Frühstück gut, eher süss als salzig (Eierspeisen konnten à la carte bestellt werden). Alle Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei den Badetüchern könnte das Hotel noch etwas nachhaltiger werden: obschon wir diese immer schön aufgehängt hatten, um sie am nächsten Tag wieder zu benutzen, wurden uns jeweils neue Tücher hingelegt.
