冬日花園飯店

Quiet location.

The winter gardens is a great hotel. Handy for the airport and even better that they have a shuttle service. The Restaurant and the staff were excellent also. But…at 3am or thereabouts a bunch of lads were out in the garden, no doubt going for a flight, I think they forgot that other people are trying to get to sleep also. we had been awake since 3am for. 9.40 am flight because of them.

Lovely hotel, very close to the airport. Very clean. Lovely food and breakfast.

Io mi chiamo Riccardo Giannini e il 31/8/2025 ho soggiornato presso il vostro hotel Il mio giudizio negativo non riguarda tanto la struttura, che trovo accettabile, quanto l’atteggiamento inaccettabile della persona che ci ha accolto al check-in. Alla mia richiesta di non fornire l’email — perché stanco di ricevere pubblicità — l’addetto, visibilmente infastidito, ha reagito in modo aggressivo, minacciandomi di cancellare la prenotazione se non avessi comunicato l’indirizzo email, nonostante fosse una prenotazione prepagata tramite Expedia. Ho chiesto di parlare con un responsabile per chiarire le motivazioni di tale obbligo, e lui mi ha risposto, con tono tranciante: "Il direttore sono io. Se non le sta bene, è libero di cercarsi un altro hotel."Non ha voluto dirmi il suo nome, ma tengo a precisare che non era italiano e ha dichiarato di lavorare in hotel da oltre 10 anni. Invito il vero direttore dell’hotel a verificare quanto accaduto. Non era la mia prima volta nella vostra struttura e non avevo intenzione che fosse l’ultima, dato che prendo spesso l’aereo da Malpensa. Sono disponibile a fornire ulteriori dettagli: +40 745 643058. Spero che questa mia segnalazione possa esservi utile per tutelare il buon nome dell’hotel, compromesso dal comportamento di un dipendente disinteressato e poco professionale.

Letto comodo, un po' scarsi i prodotti per il bagno.

Mancanza quasi totale di aria condizionata e tv Non funzionante! Da un 4 stellle molto sinceramente mi sarei aspettato nettamente di piu ! Colazione ricca e deliziosa e personale gentilissima.

What a wonderful welcome by such lovely reception staff. I arrived after 9pm and was happily still served drinks and dinner. Shuttle to airport was on time and speedy. Such a great hotel super close to the airport.

10am checkout…avoid. The only reason I booked this hotel was because we were arriving late at night. Should have just taken a can & gone to Milan straight away.

I booked this hotel mainly for its proximity to the airport since I had an early flight the next morning. I tried to check in just one hour early and was told it would cost €50, which felt excessive since for the last 21 days of travel through Italy and multiple hotels I was never charged. Interestingly, rooms were only $15 more on Expedia, so I contacted them and they were great about helping. This review is for the upgraded room: The A/C barely worked. Despite calling reception and asking for it to be lowered, the lowest it got was 24°C. I woke up sweating multiple times. The pillows were paper thin and very uncomfortable. The photos showed amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and lotion but all I got was a shower cap and cotton swabs, so I had to dig out my own toiletries. The bed was overly soft and lacked support. Three small lights near the headboard shone directly onto my face, making it difficult to sleep. Sound proof? I could hear everything. I ordered room service and no one ever came back to collect the tray. The food was okay. At checkout, I was charged $80 for room service without an itemized bill. By my math, it should’ve been closer to $60. I booked the airport shuttle and a couple of random men joined the ride, blasting music from their phone speaker at 7 a.m. I was dropped off last. Overall, not the experience I expected for an upgraded room or a “four star” hotel. Wouldn’t recommend. I have had GREAT experiences with NH.

Great clean Hotel and shuttle service to airport was easy for 5EUR PP. :)
