清掃も行き届いていて良かったし、食事も美味しくてお腹いっぱいになりました。2度目の宿泊でしたが、次回も利用したいです。

I prepaid for four days on Orbitz but had to leave after two days. The hotel indicated that they would refund the difference back thru Orbitz the unused part of the stay. However, three weeks later no refund was made to my credit card.

部屋の天井、ベッドの真上にあるエアコン吹出し口が埃だらけで、埃が顔に落ちて来ないか気になった。掃除をきちんとして欲しい。
フェリー出港時間に合わせて朝食を早めてくれたのは柔軟なサービスで嬉しい。
港から徒歩数分でフェリーの乗降には至便。バス停も近い。

窓取り付け型の簡易エアコンが取り付けてあり、上下に空間があるため外の音がそのまま入ってくる。
港のすぐ前のため、夜中から早朝までクレーンの音や拡声器での指示事項、車の音が凄まじく、全然眠れなかった。
入室してすぐ音に気付き、海と反対側の部屋への変更をお願いしたが、満室と断られた。
しかし電話の後、ネット予約を確認したところ、空室ありになっており、嘘までつく企業姿勢に疑問を持つ。

部屋が臭くて2泊が辛かった。
特にバスルームのシャワーカーテンの臭いは改善した方が良い。
お客さんが入る前に窓を開け換気をするか、空調を良くして欲しい。
せめて、部屋にファブリーズでもあると良い。
その他は問題なし。
