Very nice hotel, close to the train station, many dining and shopping options close by, also room is very comfortable and clean, very friendly and helpful front desk staff. There is a microwave on the 4th floor and a kettle in the room. I would stay here again

We took the last shinkansen from Tokyo and did mid-night check in. The receiptionist were swiftly welcoming and processing everything smoothly. The room is standard "Japanese small" room but shockingly clean! I came when the weather was soo good (colder compare to Tokyo) so the room was very comfortable for me. But boyfriend couldnt sleep without AC so he couldnt sleep!

Everything was fine except the wifi. The wifi is shockingly poor, slow, and sometimes inexistant in some parts of the room. For a hotel in the 21st century, that's just not acceptable!
The rest was fine.
