I request a refund due to the terrible state of the property. The bathroom flooded when I had a bath and lots of the bathroom sinks etc were falling apart, the aircon also did not work properly. For less money I stayed in another hotel another night in Sapporo that was so much nicer than this one.
You charged me a ridiculous amount for a very run-down non-functional room. I am disgusted that you charged me so much for such a bad room. Expedia should not have this hotel on their lists and I should get a refund. To make matters worse Expedia did not even give me any points. Expedia really let themselves down and I will think twice abut ever using them again after this experience.

I have stayed in many APA Hotels and they had been very good. But this one is definitely the most dilapidated APA hotel i have ever stayed in.
The room was old and falling apart, there were cracks on the wall, water stain on the ceiling and the window seals were moldy from the condensations.
The Wifi was so bad. It averaged less than 10Mbps on average. In 2025, this is simply unacceptable.

大通り沿いなので、夜も車の音が聞こえます。
立地重視だったので、騒音については想定内でした。
部屋によりけりかもしれませんが、
お風呂と洗面台が昭和感。シャワーの水圧弱め。

Location is wonderful, near to subway, shopping zone. Finding food was easy and there is a convinence store in level 1. Counter staff Ms 小林 understand English very well and she is very helpful. Even though its a 3 star hotel I'm very please to stay here. The only down side is the pillows, too hard.
One more tip, Exit no.3 of Suzukino station is just steps away from Hotel main door. But there is no escalator.

This hotel was so bad I checked out and moved somewhere else. The room was so small that there was literally no where to put your suitcase. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall , curtains had holes in and in general very shabby and smelt musky. This hotel has no business being on this platform. The photos are very misleading. Customer service was terrible which is saying something for Japan where it is always good.

They had place hangers in front of the heating panel so for most of my trip i didnt know there was heating and i was freezing in my room. The pillows were hard ans uncomfortable. Also i went to their buffet which i paid 1700 yen for and it was nothing like the photos they advertised. I feel i wasted my money on the buffet and this hotel stay

I ask for a non smoking room but the hotel give me a very smoky room in a smoking floor, the front desk says all room are taken, to be fair they give me a air purifier so the stay after the first day is ok
