The location was super convenient for getting around and loads of local dining options. We stayed for 3 nights and our first night the bed was like a hammock. We changed rooms for the last 2 nights - reception handled the change well. The lifts take time and there is no stair option (emergency only). Check in is mostly electronic but staff are on hand which kind of defeats the purpose I thought. Would much rather a personal experience.

I reserved paid for twin beds but ended having one bed.i ended paying extra for 2 twin beds.Beddings are comfy,Not enough space to get out of bed & move around.
I can’t lift nor raise my leg into the tub.
Ended using public bath to shower.
Otherwise the staff was excellent in accommodating my needs

Had a window that leaked in the cold winter air & also the noise from the neighbouring open area. This area has ALOT of noise pollution (performances, advertising, crowds,godzilla lol) going on till quite late,mostly up until midnight. It would be alot worse in the warmer months compared to winter when I was there.

The location is close to a number of transport options, bars and restaurants. The hotel is an average hotel, nothing fancy. Very small rooms. The bed was uncomfortable and was worn out.
The breakfast had a number of Japanese options, but limited in other ways. I felt the staff were rushing you out of the breakfast area.
Be prepared for a loud environment that goes till the morning. Staying in Shinjuku is a good option, but I’d choose a slightly different area and hotel next time.

Location in red zone in Tokio a lot ambulances noise during the night.
Very small rooms, bed in really bad condition.
Employees not helpful.

This hotel is in the HEART of Kabukicho. Police sirens will wake you up. It’s very convenient and very cheap, love that, and it’s exactly what an APA always is, but the location is tough.
Internet / WiFi was so slow it was essentially unusable.

This location is good for someone who wants to experience Izakaya, bars, and late dinners. It was a little noizy for me, but I stayed here just because I can get to train stations easily and also airporter bus.
APA has a good pricing most of the time (except new year time when I was there.)

The one added feature at this hotel is that it had a hot bath in the hotel for guests to use. That is one great feature to have. Loved this!
