Great location and excellent service. The hotel is very convenient for shopping in Shinjuku, just a short walk to major stores and train stations. The staff are friendly, polite, and always willing to help. A comfortable and pleasant stay overall.

I recently stayed at your hotel for eight days and wanted to share my positive experience. My 6-year-old daughter was especially delighted to receive a welcome bag designed for children, which truly made her feel special.
I found the APA Hotel to be clean, and the staff members were consistently friendly and polite. While the rooms were a bit small, I understand this is common in Japan. Additionally, the hotel's location was excellent.
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would certainly recommend your hotel.

This was by far the worst of our hotels in Japan. The carpet looked filthy, the wallpaper was stained. The space is claustrophobic, poorly designed. The congestion in the elevators is a problem. It is also confusing that they have another APA two blocks down.

This is my 5th or 6th stay at this APA. I usually stay here for the location - a quick walk to Shinjuku Station; the price is good, the special APA brand pillows are so comfortable, and the guest bathhouse on the top floor is great for a soak. I would lean towards 4-5 stars normally but this time there was a front desk person who was so awful, even though the rest of the team was great, she was incredibly impersonal, and just stood there at every step of the check in process and did nothing (one guest arrived at the wrong hotel - she pointed him outside with no explanation, my luggage toppled over and when I was struggling with it, she pointed to a valet cart and told me to use it and bring it back) meanwhile, the other receptionists were really helpful to tired guests. So, unusual to rate this stay only 3 stars but some quality control of front desk staff would be great.

The sentou/bath is a primary reason I choose APA Hotels, great for relaxing after a long day of travel. Also the APA hotel pillows are so amazing I bought my own, as my neck never felt so good. Great pillows. Usually front desk staff are good but there are some exceptions.

Property is in close proximity to many train stations and areas of interest which is convenient. Service was great. The humidity from the shower caused the room to begin to smell bad due to poor ventilation within the rooms. Also you cannot open the windows

I liked the cleanliness and how おしゃれ the hotel looked. This wasn’t a negative, per se, but I found it interesting how the center seemed to be open to the elements. This morning it was raining and it seemed like I could feel some of the rain coming down (or maybe it was my imagination)

Great location with friendly staff and great communal bath facilities. I just wish the rooms were a little bigger. It was a challenge fitting two people and all our luggage in the room!
