Perfect location, especially for short stay in Tokyo. We took 2 night and choose this Hotel before our flight back. From Narita Airport it 's only take 3 minutes using Skytrain without transit in any station. With 3 big luggage it 's very helpul for us. The room is small but it has best design so we can manage well our stuffs and everything is complete in the room.

Location wise is very nice. However, they have centralized AC and you cannot choose whether to heat up your room or cooling it. Since their room is very small, I'm struggling with the AC. Bed is so bad, one side of the bed is not even. However, it 's very clean. Their service is just okay for me, if you experienced any Japanese hospitality, this hotel doesn't feel like it. Some even quite rude if you compare it. But I enjoy the stay because they have the onsen.

Accessible to almost anything in Ueno area.

The room was tight plus there is no door to it. Smelly room. Everything need to charge and paid even luggage storage after check out.

The location is next to Asakusa station, so strategic and next to family mart. The room is quite small like any others apa hotels but we can put our big luggages under the bed. The room service is every 3 days. They will cleanup the room, the bathroom and change the bedsheet. It 's a must, we cannot reject the room service. Everyday they will put the new towels in front of our room. Overall, I love staying in here.

Very small room even though we booked for the most expensive, but very clean. Can leave luggages at lobby before and after your stay within day. Average, not complain but won't comeback because of the room size.

Near jr ueno station, room was clean and staff is very helpful. The minus one only the stairs in front of the hotel, not comfortable if you bring large luggage.

The room are clean and the room facilities are good. Also the employee are nice and kind. The employee able to speak English.
