This hotel simply a few walks away from the higashi shinjuku station. The best hotel if you reach haneda between 12-2AM in the morning. Because there is a night bus to higashi area. Across the hotel got coco curry, Mc D, and origin kitchen best for the cheap breakfast.

The hotel was clean the room was comfortable. With a family of 4, wish there were more electric outlets due to multiple computer used at one time but overall was sufficiently stocked amenities. The location is awesome!

Like a lot of people have mentioned, very close to some station where ambulances depart from so you will hear loud sirens every couple hours.

This is just a basic hotel. The rooms are small and dont have any storage. The pillows were not great but the bed was decent enough. I was disappointed that the bidet toilet did not work in the hotel room.

Had a great stay here. It’s in a great location for getting around Tokyo - also lots of food and bar options in the area.
The staff were amazing. Really helpful and friendly. Added plus is they organise a courier service for your luggage if you’re travelling around.
It has to be said that the rooms are pretty small but we didn’t mind as we were out a lot and there is space under the bed to put suitcases.
