Pro: Good location, nice welcome drink, polite staff. Yummy breakfast Con: big group tour, crowded public bath, and have to wait for a seat for the buffet breakfast around 20mins

The hotel is clean and new, featuring a spa on the top floor available to tourists. It offers a spacious car park and a good restaurant. This hotel is very suitable for families.

The hotel is new I think and the overall is pretty good indeed, like breakfast is gorgeous; the room is very tidy and location is convenient to both morning market and Red brick warehouse. The bad one is the lift is waiting a bit longer and the Onsen seems to be not clean enough.

早餐動線不佳，辦理入住時未告知早餐用餐相關規範，需先抽號碼牌，再等位，無法直接入內用餐，旅客人數多會等到天荒地老

房間很大，乾淨，浸溫泉有境睇。周圍有很多食店可選擇。

Very Good Hotel, the location is close to the morning food market and the shopping point at dock, the facilities is good, onsen is good, room is good, nice experience to stay here.

性價比非常高，酒店早餐豐富，房間整潔，只是溫泉地方較為失色，入住當日沒有露天溫泉。

There is a good experience,good view&good location

早餐非常值得推薦，尤其是自製海鮮飯。但是美中不足的是：早餐入場竟然排隊等候入場超過30分鐘，這點提醒⏰趕行程的朋友注意時間的安排。

The lobby, restaurants, and outside look new and good. However, the facilities inside the room look old and there are some stains on the mattress and chairs, though the room is spacious. The breakfast is delicious.

頂樓住宿泡湯景觀不錯

We stayed with kids and really enjoyed our stay here. Hotel is cobwebs located near the railway and bus stations with plenty of food options.

ホテルも綺麗でスタッフに色々教えて頂きました。 ロープウェイ駅まで、タクシー700円。 待ち時間を覚悟して行ったが、上りはすぐに乗れて、下りは10〜15分待ち。 ロープウェイ駅からは、再度タクシー乗って函館駅近くで居酒屋がある辺りで下ろしてもらって食事、ホテルまで歩いて帰りました。 案内いただいたお陰で、スムーズに楽しめました。朝食は、混んでましたが早く行ったので、待ち時間なし。海鮮丼満足でした。

We were stranded in Shin Hakodate Hokuto when our train to Sapporo was cancelled due to heavy rain. The only train ticket to Sapporo we could get was the next morning. No hotel rooms in Hokuto and very few in Hakodate. We booked this hotel as it was one of the few with rooms still available. We were able to get to Hakodate on a local train and the hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the station. When we got there the front desk clerk told us our room reservation came with breakfast for 20.00 a person but the breakfast only started a few minutes before we would have to leave the hotel to catch our new train at 6 am. We asked for a refund for breakfast but he refused. He then told us we could use the breakfast vouchers for 2500 yen off items in the hotel gift shop but the gift shop did not open until 7 am. We left early and breakfastless but did catch our new train to Sapporo. The room was ok but the toilet would not flush. The handle was broken. At this point we were so exhausted and we literally had booked the last room available, so we channeled our home plumbing experience and did the best we could. But clearly the hotel was not in good repair and they were out to wring every penny they could from the guests, so I cannot recommend it. Maybe they can use my 40.00 from the breakfast we could not eat to buy a new handle for the toilet.
