The property is within walking distance from Matsuyama castle and public transportation. It's also close to really great food options, with an Italian restaurant onsite. Parking is available onsite and has other parking locations close by if the onsite is full.
Staff is really friendly and actually helped me with my car rental car issues. The manager Kobayashi san went above and beyond by acting as a liaison, translating my car issues, with the car rental company to resolve the problem.

The staff were all professional. The room was clean and quiet. The best part of my stay was the breakfast buffet. There was a wide variety of dishes, and every single one was so delicious.

Super helpful staff spoke English and helped me with figuring out how to get to the airport as well as the location for a nearby bank and their hours. The room was better than I imagined, especially for the price. And the goodie bag for my very tired children were a really nice treat! We will definitely be back! P.s. It was a manageable walk from Matsuyama train station with suitcases.

We stayed 3 nights at Mystays matsuyama. From the start, the room was spacious for Japanese standards and each amenity was thoughtfully placed and considered. The room was carefully prepared and the robe, bedding used high end cotton that made it so comfortable to sleep. The breakfast also gave representation to food in the region. We will definitely stay there again.

We had view of castle from our room. Matsuyama Castle was the best of all castles we visited. Layout of room was really practical and spacious, very comfortable. The location is convenient to tram station. 200 yen for tram every ride we used every day. Whole experience of Matsuyama was amazing and this hotel made it feel that way.
We booked early to get really good price.
Compare to similar priced hotels this place was the best. Laundry facility was convenient.
