JR鳥取駅、バスターミナル、百貨店にも接続していて非常に立地条件が良いです。
両親の故郷でも有り、戦時中に疎開でお世話になった事も有り鳥取県は心の故郷です。
又次回もニューオータニホテルにお世話になりたいです。

First of all, the hotel is located right in front of Tottori Station so access is spectacular. Secondly, “New Otani” is a great Japanese brand and this hotel is no exception. The service is superior, the food is excellent and the price is really reasonable : )

the heat temperature could not be adjusted. it had almost 30 degrees which was hard to fall asleep if turn if on. if turn it off, it run out of air in room. so, we need to open the door to get fresh air every 2 hours at night. try to open the window but it could not be closed without the staff's help. try to get a fan, but not available. so, it was a sleepless night.

大雪の日に宿泊させて頂きました。チェックインには少し早い時間で、荷物を預けて外で時間を潰そうと考えていましたが、快く部屋に案内して頂き大変助かりました。鳥取にお邪魔した際にはまた利用させて頂こうと思っています。

禁煙なのにユニットバスがタバコくさい。
コンセントの位置が分からず、あっても少ない、エアコン消しても暑すぎて寝巻き着ないで寝ることになった。ニューオータニという名称で宿泊したが、次回は絶対に宿泊しないし、他の人にも絶対進めない。
ここまでひどいのは初めて
