GREAT location because it's connected to the terminal.
Wonderful staff.
The hotel is a little aged, so we see the wear and tear.
But honestly... I will go back hear during my overnight transits.

This is a great place to stay after a long flight. It is right at KIX, and the staff is very professional and welcoming. I prefer the old method of checking in with a happy face, but I suppose that self-checkin is the wave of the future.
After a night with severe jet lag, I checked out the following morning without an important multipurpose charger. I called the hotel when I got to my new one in downtown Osaka, and reception immediately sent someone running to my room to find my forgotten item.
They found it, neatly bagged it, and returned it to me today. Thank you!

Nice hotel. Located just a walk across from Terminal 1 which made it convenient for our early morning flight to Vietnam. Lawson convience store located just outside of hotel entrance, lots of dining options if you walk back towards Terminal 1. Check out 551 Horai for the good food! Riku Outlet mall was just one train stop away if you want to get some shopping done but hotel location was far from the actual city (about a 40 min train ride to main attractions like Dotonbori). So the commute is something to consider if you’re in Osaka for an extended period of time but the train rides weren’t that expensive. Would stay here again.

The breakfast was good. This was the first hotel we stayed in in Japan. We should have gotten the breakfast add on at booking rather paying at the breakfast. We were anticipating reasonably good and easy to obtain food choices outside the hotel because of video reviews of Japan we saw before arriving. Turned out that the jetlag from travelling from US really messed us up the first day and it was just more convenient to eat at the hotel buffet. My only major criticism is that they didn't open on time at 6:30am and we ended up missing our reserved seat train by just minutes. Not opening on time surprised me since videos espoused the punctuality of Japanese culture.

It’s a nice property and what’s nice about it is we get to eat the best breakfast buffet. It may seem far from the city but actually it is center to all the places we went. It’s also very convenient that it’s in the airport so easy to check in even if you arrive late and check out if you are catching an early flight.
