Amazing hotel in Niigata! Great service from the staff. They have a person who will greet you when you enter. Another person waiting at the elevator. Reception staff are very kind and friendly. Hotel accommodation is great. View of Niigata city is very nice. Across from the hotel is the Bandai pier where you can find the seafood market and the street food. Close to Niigata station.

Somewhat isolated location but provided ferry to Miyajima. Beautiful facility.

Outstanding service, staff were attentive, friendly remembering small details and requests. We were treated like royalty. Beautiful view and property, lite up with a long promenade of colour. Outstanding hotel.

The bathroom is spacious, clean and spacious. Very good view of Nice. Can leave There is a shuttle bus to the station. The service staff is very nice, able to take a boat to go to the museum opposite the school. Very convenient.
