Staff at the hotel were so kind and attentive. Helped us with wheel chair rental and taxi reservation to the airport. Coin laundry was so helpful. Our room was always kept clean. Stayed in room 1517 and the view from the window was amazing!. We had breakfast buffet for 6 mornings at Ariake. Never get tired of the food, especially the French toast! We would definitely come back to stay at Okura. Thank you,

This was the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in! I would recommend to anyone going to Kobe. Staff is friendly and spoke English well. Many nice places within walking distance too!

Love this hotel as it is walkable to the main food street and also near the harbour. We drove and the only down side is the parking is chargable. The room size is good and i took the view of the harbour.

Very clean and welcoming. A close walk to either Motomachi or Sannomiya stations, with the hotel even providing a shuttle to and from the station (though I did not use the service). Meriken Park is right behind the hotel, along with Harborland, which had plenty of food and shopping. We had a beautiful view of the water and city, having stayed on the 24th floor.

Truly one of the best hotels I have stayed. Staff were well versed in English which made communication extremely easy.
Hotel rooms were huge and comfortable, and there's tons of attractions nearby. Hotel also provides a shuttle bus service to bring guests to the city center, which is a very much appreciated service.

A wonderful 10 day stay exploring the Kobe,
Osaka, Arima regions & Hiroshima .
The breakfast buffet is excellent and Emerald Bar for a night cap .
Our room was #2019 which is corner room
Overlooking the harbor and surrounding areas.

We had a corner room offering 270 degree view of the harbor at 18th floor. The facilities of the room were quite adequate. Minibar could stock more. Breakfast was wonderful. There are other restaurants and coffee shop cafe. It is within easy walking distance to Chinatown area.
